The "Serbia against violence" protest has been moved to Friday, September 8 at 19 p.m. The protest starts in front of the Government of Serbia at 19:XNUMX p.m., then citizens will move along Knez Miloša Street, Knez Aleksandar Karađorđevića Boulevard, and then to the Pink building.
Protests in cities across Serbia began after two massacres that took place at the beginning of May at the "Vladislav Ribmnikar" Elementary School in Belgrade and in the villages near Mladenovcd and Smederevo.
Therefore, the nineteenth protest "Serbia against violence" will be held on Friday, due to the promotion of the youngest officers of the Serbian Armed Forces.

The promotion of the youngest officers of the Serbian Armed Forces will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 11.00:XNUMX a.m., in front of the House of the National Assembly of Serbia.
This traditional ceremony will be preceded by a dress rehearsal at the same place, on Friday, September 8, 2023 from 18.00:XNUMX p.m.
175 cadets of the Military Academy and the Faculty of Medicine of the Military Medical Academy will be promoted to the first officer ranks. 148 cadets of the 143rd and 144th classes of the Military Academy are graduating from the Military Academy, among whom are 10 cadets from the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and two cadets from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Srpska. 27 young men and women from the 9th class of the Faculty of Medicine of the VMA are graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of the VMA.
According to the protocol of the ceremony, the best cadets will be presented with sabers with a dedication.
As announced, this year's Pride walk will take place on Saturday, September 9, under the slogan "We're not even close."

The entry points are located in Kralja Milana street, near the Moskva hotel, at the intersection of Resavska and Birčaninova streets, the intersection of Resavska and Mišarska streets, as well as at the entrance to Kralja Milana from Slavija Square, according to the announcement of the organizers of Pride.

In addition to the police, licensed security guards, organizers and volunteers will be on duty at the checkpoints, who will ensure that everyone safely accesses the walk, concerts and receives their wristband.
The Pride Walk will begin at 17 p.m. The walking route is as follows: it starts from Manjež park along Nemanjina street, Kneza Miloša street, Kralja Milan street, Nikola Pašić square to the National Assembly, then again along Kneza Miloša street and Nemanjina street to Manjež park. Entrance to Pride is open to all citizens, there is no predetermined list of participants.
After the walk, as announced, the Pride concert will begin in the Pride Park, which will last from 19 p.m. until midnight, and it is possible to come to the concert without first participating in the walk, it added.
