2. Sales, subscriptions and donations
NP Vreme doo business through the portal www.vreme.com through sales, subscriptions and donations, which are carried out through this site, as well as all other related issues, are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Courts of the Republic of Serbia will be competent for all possible disputes.
2.1. Customers, subscribers and donors
Payments of subscriptions and donations, as well as the purchase of items sold through this site, can be made by all interested persons residing in Serbia or abroad.
2.2. Donations
The donor agrees that the funds paid in the name of subscription or donation will unconditionally become the property of NP Vreme doo Belgrade.
2.3.1. Card payment method
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).
For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which the payment card will be charged will be expressed in the payer's local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
2.3.2 Viewing the purchase order, confirmation of the purchase order and payment
By entering data into the form (member or donor data, payment card data and amount) and confirming the corresponding button, the customer, subscriber or donor confirms the selected payment amount, after which they will be redirected to the purchase order. The purchase order contains an overview of the basic details related to the transaction: the amount and information about the payer. Before confirming the purchase order, you can cancel the transaction or make changes related to the purchase, subscription or donation.
By confirming the purchase order, the buyer, subscriber or donor makes the payment. After that, if the transaction was successful, a notification that the payment was successfully completed will be displayed, and then a confirmation of the completed payment will be sent to the email address provided by the payer.
In the event that the transaction was not successful, the customer, subscriber or donor will be shown a notification about the payment failure.
2.3.3. Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PCI DSS system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.
The payment card data entered by the customer, subscriber or donor when donating is visible only to the payment card processor WS Payments and the bank Banca Intesa Beograd. At no stage of payment does NP Vreme doo have access to payment card data.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by WS Payments, a payment card processor. The complete billing process is performed on their web pages. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
2.4. Delivery
Delivery is made in Serbia and abroad according to the terms and conditions defined for each product for which delivery is possible.
2.4.1. Delivery in Serbia
In Serbia, delivery is possible by courier on the territory of Belgrade, on Thursdays, possibly Fridays, or via the Post Office between Friday and Monday, possibly Tuesdays. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the product.
2.4.2. Delivery abroad
Delivery abroad is possible by mail or by plane between Friday and Monday, possibly Tuesday. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the product.
3. Complaints
In case of possible problems related to purchase, subscription or donation, the buyer, subscriber or donor can send a complaint to the email address: reklamacie@vreme.com
3.1. Refunds for purchases, subscriptions or donations
The refund of the paid money is possible in the event that the payment was made by misuse of the payment card by third parties in accordance with the procedure prescribed in these Terms of Use.
In the case from the previous paragraph, it is necessary to submit a scanned, written and explained request for the refund of the paid amount, in free form and signed by the owner of the payment card, within 60 days of the payment made, to the electronic address reklamacie@vreme.com or by mail to NP Vreme, Kosovska 17, 11000 Belgrade. Along with the request, it is necessary to submit an email with a confirmation of the completed transaction, a scanned ID card of the cardholder and a contact phone number.
The customer, subscriber or donor will be contacted by NP Vreme within 30 working days of receiving the proper request. NP Vreme will be able to pay the returned funds to the subscriber or donor only to the account linked to the payment card with which the donation was made.
Refund requests submitted after the expiration of 60 days from the donation payment or to an address different from the addresses listed here, will not be considered.
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, NP Vreme doo is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that at the seller's request, the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account
4. Privacy protection
NP Vreme doo undertakes and guarantees the preservation and protection of the privacy of the data of all customers, subscribers and donors via this site. The weekly Vreme only collects data on customers, subscribers and donors necessary for business and their information in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. All data is stored in accordance with the law. All employees and associates of NP Vreme doo are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
NP Vreme undertakes not to use the data for other purposes, beyond the authorization of the customer, subscriber or donor. The customer, subscriber or donor is able to request at any time to stop receiving information and messages from NP Vreme doo, and NP Vreme doo is obliged to act in accordance with his request.
5. Protection of intellectual property
The content displayed on this site, such as texts, photos, logos, video and audio recordings, design (banners and icons), is the property of NP Vreme doo and may not be used without the prior written consent of NP Vreme doo. The entire content of the web portal is copyright work and NIP Vreme doo, as the publisher and holder of property copyrights, reserves the right to protect and realize copyrights in accordance with the relevant positive legal regulations.
Copyright-protected content in particular includes: text, photos, illustrations, audio recordings, website design and programming code.
As an exception to the maintained Copyright regime, the portal owner allows all legal and natural persons to use the text content and transmit it on their websites, subject to the following conditions:
- It is allowed to download 30% of the content of each individual article, with the obligatory reference of the reader in the first or second sentence of the article to the source of the article by stating the full name of the website Vreme.com, which is the source of the information, with the obligatory placement of the so-called "live link" (do follow directive) to the page where the text was originally published.
- It is forbidden to change the text, take sentences out of context and any other threat to the integrity of the work, as well as publication in an unworthy and offensive context
- Content downloaded from the Vreme.com site must have the name and surname of the content author listed, as well as the Vreme.com signature.
In all other situations that cannot be included under the mentioned exceptions, it is necessary to ask for a separate consent to download the content via the official contact email redakcija@vreme.com.
Violation of any of these terms is considered copyright infringement and subject to legal liability.

7. Validity and changes to the terms of use
With regard to subscriptions and donations, the Terms of Use that were valid on the day of the subscription or donation are applied. NP Vreme doo reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. The terms of use come into force on the day of publication on the site www.vreme.com
8. Privacy Policy
The publishing company NP "Vreme" doo, Kosovska 17, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (hereinafter: the publisher) processes your personal data, and undertakes and guarantees the storage and protection of the privacy of all customers, subscribers and donors in accordance with the applicable legal framework of the Republic Serbia.
The publisher collects only the necessary, basic data about customers, subscribers and donors necessary for business and user information in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service.
Your data is used to provide basic services, process transactions and, possibly, offer new content and services. All data about customers, subscribers and donors is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All employees and collaborators of the Publisher are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
The Publisher does not forward, sell or rent collected personal data to third parties and does not use it for other purposes.
The publisher stores your data for the duration of the service. The Publisher does not perform automated decision-making and profiling. The publisher does not transfer personal data outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
