Challenges of the political past and future
The state has become a paradise and protection for criminals, mobsters and instigators, robbers, thugs, and even murderers, provided that they are part of a "permanent alliance of sufficiently strong interests". Therefore, the struggle with the legacy of this government will be more like a struggle against feudal or post-colonial structures that wanted to change clothes, adapt and preserve political influence through control of resources than the processes of disqualification of guardians of the ideology of totalitarian regimes who did not care about human rights in their service. Investigations and court processes will play a much more important role in that process than administrative measures prohibiting the performance of functions
