"Study at UNIRSM have started the breath of a better spiritual atmosphere, humanity, solidarity and justice in our country, but also the issue of responsibility for managing the state, for the material and spiritual disintegration of the state and society," he said. lawyer Zdenko Tomanovic.
"Everything indicates that students, in their horizontal equality, like authors, together create a chain novel of our lives in which each of them creates a chapter as a part of the story - How we saved Serbia and defeated totalitarianism," Tomanović told "Danas".
According to him, the protests are students', the lists are theirs, they are the owners of their rights, which they will not give up or hand over to others.
"Asking them to reveal their truths about their list to us does not correspond to the students' right to their own decision when to compile or publish the list. And it is precisely the gift of the students and that they see the reality that now the truth about the list is more necessary for the authorities," explains Zdenko Tomanović, adding:
"And then the psychopathology of the opinion of certain centers of power in our country, which resist reality and which, with the weight of insults, slander and numerous illegalities towards dissenters, reveal not only their hatred for citizens' rights and legal restrictions, but also their conviction that their power cannot be restrained, is not without significance."
"We all have to support students"
The political top of the country, he says further, always ready to admire itself, as the bearer of social destruction, without a sense of measure privatized violence in order to preserve the political moment, but, notes Tomanović, the dominance and superiority of the political power of students lies in the people and citizens.
"Regarding the objection of lack of practical wisdom and life experience, there are social moments when experience does not help. Different authorities should not impose their views on students because we all have to support and praise students, but we cannot expect students to praise and support us. I believe in the common sense of our Serbia," says Zdenko Tomanović.
The system of values encouraged by the students, says the interlocutor of Danas, becomes politics through articulation, but student truth, student politics was created out of law, out of the need for justice and the rule of law, and that is actually the face of their power and that is why it is unstoppable.
Only students know the truth about the list
Zdenko Tomanović points out that normal Serbia, the rule of law, the rule of law are propaganda concepts for the authorities, but for students and citizens it is life.
The students, he notes, initiated, and the citizens accepted, that moral and legal life in Serbia is not possible as long as those who are committed to maintaining uncontrolled power dominate at any cost.
"Regarding the question of whether I am on the list, as well as about the persons who are candidates for the list, as far as I understand from the public appearances of the students, only they know the truth about the list and we will all find out when they judge that it is the right time. And the majority of citizens believe in their assessment. I am of the opinion that no one should offer or impose on them, but if they ask for help, they must be given maximum help," concludes Zdenko Tomanović for Danas.
