"In the first week, there will be these thematic discussions, workshops, counseling work, teachers and students will be instructed to choose topics from several areas that they consider to be a priority for them, depending on the age of the child, the type of school, as part of their own creativity. So, one individuality in the education system that must achieve its own plan and program and routine," said Đukić Dejanović for RTS.
According to her, knowledge will be measured in the second week, but without grading.
"So, how much someone has reached in their previous education in terms of their knowledge and education and what is their starting point so that the competition exists between the student and the teacher for their advancement, individually. That collective spirit will be nurtured through the school's identity, which will be given much greater importance," the Minister of Education points out.

He points out that since May there has been continuous support for parents, teachers, through workshops, counseling, through the professional help of psychologists, psychiatrists where necessary, the participation of pedagogues in these types of various professional interventions, will be intensified in the first month.
Throughout September, especially for those students who transfer to the fifth grade or enroll in the first grade of high school, because the adaptation to the new environment will be a kind of trauma, so those students will be specially analyzed to see what should be done to help the adaptation of these children .
"Ribnikar will start working in the part of the space that has been adapted, where there are classrooms, offices, where the day care will be organized, where there will be activities related to the program of that school, and the teachers and students themselves wanted to stay at that school. From September 1, elementary school students, from the fifth to the eighth grade, will have new elective subject "Virtue and values as a life compass".
It includes talking about topics such as family, health, education, peace, but the teacher has the freedom to deal with other values as well. There are no written and control tests, but it is intended to discuss various provocative topics.
