Minister of Energy Dubravka Đedović Handanović is no longer a co-owner of a Croatian company Bodybuilding, was published on the portal of the Court Register of the Republic of Croatia.
On the portal of the Court Registry of the Republic Croatia attached are the decisions based on which the deletion from ownership was carried out, writes N1.
As can be seen from the attached documents, the Trovački Court in Zagreb published on June 18 the entry of the change of company member according to the decision of June 17, 2026. With this decision, Dubravka Đedović "ceases to be a member of the company" Kulturistria doo, headquartered in Zagreb.

Minister Đedović Handanović submitted a new asset report after the media announced last week that she owns an undeclared stake in a company in Croatia.
Prevention Agency corruption she stated that in the report submitted on June 8, 2026, the minister reported ownership in the company Kulturistria doo.
According to the available data, a share of 35 percent, with a nominal value of 101.340 euros, was reported. Data from the Croatian court register showed at the time that Minister Đedović Handanović was a co-owner of that company from December 6, 2022, while this information was not included in the previously submitted reports.

In an earlier statement delivered to the media, the minister stated that all her assets and ownership of legal entities in Serbia and abroad have been properly reported to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, as well as that the company has no business activities, no employees, nor does it make a profit, but that the only asset it owns is land purchased before she assumed the ministerial position.
As confirmed today for the Nova.rs portal, the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has initiated the procedure of extraordinary verification of the accuracy and completeness of data from the Report on Assets and Income of the Minister of Mining and Energy, Dubravka Đedović Handanović.
