Local elections in Podgorica: Defeat of ruling parties, DPS fared best

The preliminary results of the local elections in Montenegro show that the opposition Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) achieved the best result, while the largest decline was recorded by the coalition of Prime Minister Milojko Spajić's Movement Europe Now (PES) and Democratic Montenegro (Democrats) of Deputy Prime Minister Aleksa Bečić.
