Republic Hydrometeorological Institute (RHMZ) warned today about heavy rainfall from March 27 to 29, announcing that a significant weather change is coming tonight.
The weather today will be warm and windy, with moderate and strong southerly and southeasterly winds, and in the middle of the day and in the afternoon, in some places, short-term and stormy gusts.
During the morning, gradual clouds will arrive from the west. Rain and local showers, which will be accompanied by thunder in some places, are expected in the afternoon in Bačka, Srem, western and southwestern Serbia, and in the evening in the central part, and during the night in other parts of the country.
The highest temperature will be from 15 to 20 degrees.
At the end of the day and during the night, the rain will change to snow in the mountainous areas of southwestern and southern Serbia, the wind will weaken and turn to the northwest, and the temperature will drop.

According to the RHMZ forecast, tomorrow and during the weekend it will be cloudy with rain and local showers that may be accompanied by thunder in some places, and snow in hilly and mountainous areas.
Locally, a higher amount of precipitation is expected: from 40 to 80 mm, in some places even more, in a period of 72 hours, and on the mountains from ten to 30 centimeters of new snow.
Weakening and cessation of precipitation is expected on Sunday in the second part of the day.
From Monday, March 30, it will be moderately cloudy and windy, in places with conditions for light rain, in higher areas for snow.
