A known criminal pattern - from arson to explosions
This amount of arson and bomb throwing showed that this has now become a criminal trend in Belgrade.
The analysis of media reports shows that during 2025 and 2026, attacks on catering and other facilities in Belgrade became more numerous than was the case before. Bar locations in Vračar, Vojvode Stepa, Banovo brdo and other parts of the city were also the target of Molotov cocktail attacks, often when the facilities were not working, which indicates that the aim of the attack is to intimidate the bar owners.
Outbreak of violence in Čačak: Beating, wounding, murder and all those masked men
In many cases, the competent authorities indicate that it is difficult to connect all these incidents into a single criminal network, but the fact that the method of attack - from arson to explosions - is repeated, leads one to think about deeper causes and possible patterns of action.
The repetition of such scenes in Belgrade indicates deep-rooted problems in the security system and the inefficiency of state institutions in preventing crime.
Until the institutions work, the question remains - what's next?
