Vojkan Kostić writes in the cover story of the new "Vremen" (on newsstands from this Thursday, July 9) that the public found out about Slavisa Kokeza's threats against Nemanja Vidić more than five years late, through KRIK journalists, who published segments of sky correspondence between Kokeza and his fan-criminal subcontractors.
"Although the "unlocked" sky communication correspondence has been in the possession of international aid and domestic security structures for a long time, it is not known whether anything was done about it, whether Kokeza was questioned about those circumstances, or whether an expert did a security analysis of Vidić.
Vidić received support from rare football players (mainly those who were on the hit list with him) as well as former football referee and president of the Football Association of Belgrade Raka Đurović. The announcement by the European Football Union (UEFA) was particularly shameful."
