The three-day parliament for the promotion of Aleksandar Vučić and his Movement for the People and the State was realistically a fiasco. But it was first of all conceived as a media spectacle for regime television directed by court promoter Željko "DJ Žeks" Mitrović, with scenography and iconography adapted to the Serbian political market.
No one like Leni Riefenstahl managed to capture the unity of the leader, the party and the people, to convey the message that this worldly holy trinity is leading the nation to a bright future of power and prosperity. Its frames, scenography and iconography suggest that a demigod is at the head of the state and dramatically create the feeling that it has fallen like a curse on a country ruled by an indomitable force to be worshipped. The massive use of symbols and totems creates a sacred atmosphere, like a prayer is muttered: my loyalty is my honor, my faith in the leader is my enlightenment. She shows all of that through her film trilogy Victory of faith, Triumph of the will i Freedom Day! - Our Wehrmacht, which suggests that the bright future of the generation is inextricably linked to a leader sent by providence to a nation on its knees.
Željko "DJ Žeks" Mitrović took over the role of Helena Bertha Amelie "Leni" Riefenstahl in the government system of Aleksandar Vučić, in an age of completely different technologies, so in line with that are the visual achievements that should convince Serbs that Aca Serbin is the messiah before whom even the seas retreat, who will raise an oppressed people surrounded by enemies and plundered by domestic traitors to the pedestal that belongs to it and on which it has always been seen.
The purpose of the large, three-day national assembly entitled "We will not give Serbia" was primarily media. In the midst of the national uprising, which was driven by students, it was supposed to be through Pink, Informer, Happy, Prva, Kurir, B92, RTS, etc. to convince the viewers that the people's love for the leader has not been shaken, to give Aleksandar Vučić an argument on the basis of which he can speak "in the name of the people", and not in the name of himself and his party, which is hated by a good part of the people.

THE GREATEST NATIONAL CUISINE EVER
Adapted to the talent of St. Žeks and the taste of the "majority, decent Serbia", the president of Serbia opposed the "terror" of the rebellious students and citizens with a big fair with burgers and čevapčići, cheese and cream, kulen and pečenić, drinks and cookies, cotton candy and brandy. All for nothing, the president provided for you. Even if he did not manage to organize the largest gathering in the history of Serbia, as he announced, he set up the largest national kitchen in the recent history of the country, which was supposed to stimulate the patriotic charge.
Countless Serbian tricolors fluttered in the smoke of the barbecue, folk music blared from the loudspeakers, "we don't give Kosovo, we don't give Vojvodina" were sung by folk singers, everything was bursting with fair patriotism.
We do not give our beautiful Serbia like this to treacherous university professors, spoiled students, ungrateful teachers, decadent intellectuals, that self-proclaimed, false elite, educated and well-read, who do not think to sing along to Baja Mali Knindza and cross themselves god-fearingly with three fingers, whose feet don't tingle when they burn. Uzice wheel, is a message that was sent from the center of Belgrade, and which should roar through Serbia louder than a sonic cannon for a long time to come.
Give the people a fair, give them what they love, give the television sets and extras who will shout: "Aco, Serbs!", show how powerful and generous he is, what is there to be confused about a rule of law, a transitional or expert government, there is a leader, he knows everything, he can do everything, he is respected in the world, he will decide and solve everything on our behalf, to the national celebration and satisfaction, long live Serbia!
And let the fireworks explode above the roof of the National Assembly, the likes of which the Serbian world has not seen.

ONE NATION, ONE COUNTRY, ONE LEADER
On Saturday, April 12, everything was prepared for Aleksandar Vučić's state performance at 19 p.m., when on behalf of the so-called of the silent majority, which is being deported by bus from all over Serbia to the big event, and which is fed up with the harassment and bullying of the blockaders, once again solemnly announced that he had defeated the "colored revolution", that students who want to study will be able to return to the universities, that Serbia will flourish again, if only the enemies of the state, those blockaders who hinder and annoy him, are removed from the streets.
One nation, one country, one leader, was the message of the three-day event. Without disruptive interference in that fateful trinity of Parliament or Government, the Constitution and the law. Those wonderful people, who were drawn from all over Serbia, could hand over letters to the president at the stands, who would personally read them and respond to them, they could fill out application forms for the "Movement for the People and the State", that new force that will cleanse Serbia of corruption and brokers that, without the knowledge and against the will of the leader, took hold in the Serbian Progressive Party.
The people should have gotten the impression that they are asking about something, that they are deciding on something, that someone is listening to them, if they have already begun to suspect that they may not be able to do so in the elections that have been called with fists and hats for the last thirteen years.
All this was exposed on the stage in front of the Assembly by Baja Mali Knindža and Garavi sokak to celebrate the president's victory over the "colored revolution", the terrorists who at that time were at the student protest in Novi Pazar and pedaling in the direction of Strasbourg. "We don't give Vučić!" echoed for three days on nine of the first eleven television channels on SBB, the national joy covered all those hatters and thugs who are lurking somewhere in the suburbs with bats and hammers to start banging the heads of those who continue to challenge his Serbia at the behest of the president.
COMPLETE FIASCO
Seen through the filter of the controlled media, the big, biggest rally ever was a complete fiasco. With all the state resources being squeezed out for staging the spectacle, barely 55.000 people were gathered, the applause and shouts were lukewarm, the central streets of Belgrade did not feel any elation for the salvation of Serbia, but the sadness of the daily crushed people. The people of Belgrade should have embraced them as fellow travelers, sisters and brothers, to line up the space between Nikola Pašić Square and Beogradska Street along Bulevar Kralja Aleksandar, into which the space between Nikola Pašić Square and Beogradska Street along Bulevar Kralja Aleksandar has been turned into stands with refreshments and invigoration and tell them: we know, it's not easy for you, you have to, but let's shake this off together and start breathing.
When it was all over, DJ Žeks played "small, small group of fags" and other Yugo hits until late at night in front of a small audience from some iron structure on Terazije. He seemed like someone who was doing very well.

The students' decision to submit a request to the regime for the dissolution of the state parliament and the calling of extraordinary republican elections did not fall from Mars. This option has been vigorously discussed at plenums for a long time, and the matter was cut short when it became clear to everyone, but absolutely everyone, that the government not only does not want to fulfill the students' demands, but responds to the political crisis with ever stronger repression and increasingly dirty propaganda. And when no one could dispute the fact that the regime is the generator of all social and political anomalies, and that thanks to it the Novi Sad canopy hangs over the head of every citizen of this country
What is the interest among the highest university workers for direct participation in politics, on the "student list", if extraordinary parliamentary elections were called in Serbia
The call for elections is a call to the regime, and it remains to be seen whether there will also be a student call to everyone else for a social agreement on how to oppose the regime in future elections. They can be announced unexpectedly quickly, and may not be there before some "regular appointment" unless there is extremely strong pressure on the street.
Maybe the correct version is that Aleksandar Vučić got sick and that's why he returned to the country. But the whole thing still leaves a lot of open questions. To begin with, why did the president of our country go to a donor evening intended for the internal political goals of another country? Why did he go to an event where you can't get in unless you donate money? And who called him? If this soap opera is seen as an isolated event, outside of the domestic context, it really is something that escapes common sense.
Without understanding the evil that has been done in our immediate history in the last three, four decades, it would be partial and hypocritical. It's too late for what happened six months ago, everything now is compensation. If we do not come to a serious confrontation with the past, with a strong program of creating a non-violent society, the changes will have a short life. And in that change, the parents of the murdered children could be ambassadors of the normalization process of this society. They are ready for that role and it would be good if the students also included them in their debates, to understand what happened and what are the ways of coping
The knee-jerk Supreme Being trusts in the local elections in Kosjerić and Zaječar. It must not be forgotten that for 13 years he poured heavy poisons, especially in the province, and that detoxification is a long and painful process.
If the various opponents of Vučić's regime are unable to help the student youth, they could at least not retaliate. They have been working the same way and with the same disastrous results for too long to expect anyone to ask them anything
