On the night of October 17, 2023, the sons of Red Star FC Zvezdan Terzić's general manager Kostadin and Nikša, wearing the badge of the Security and Information Agency (BIA) and all guns, led the group of thugs while they were beating the football manager Uroš Janković. After pointing weapons at the witnesses and chasing the victim around Autokomanda, the thugs, in the middle of the street and in full view of all the citizens who happened to be there, hit Janković even while he was lying on the asphalt, so that his bones cracked and blood gushed everywhere. He ended up unconscious, his leg and cheekbone were broken, and his body was covered in bruises and bruises. He underwent surgery and spent months recovering in plaster and bandages.
The prosecutor of the Second Basic Prosecutor's Office, Nataša Pejčić, made an agreement with the thugs, which was confirmed by the judge of the Second Court, Mirjana Drljačić Sudarević.

Nikša Terzić was declared guilty of the criminal acts of violent behavior, causing serious bodily injury and carrying a weapon. The court sentenced him to a suspended sentence of one year and three months, and it will not be carried out unless the defendant commits a new criminal offense within a period of three and a half years from the finality of the verdict. By the same verdict, the defendant Nikša Terzić was sentenced to a fine of 3 dinars, the court stated.
"Defendant Nikša Terzić was issued a security measure prohibiting approaching and communicating with the injured party Uroš Janković, at a distance of 50 meters, prohibiting access to the area around the victim's place of residence and work, as well as further harassment and communication with the victim for a period of three years from the finality of the verdict, as well as the security measure of confiscating the object, namely one revolver, as an object of the commission of the criminal act", the court announced.
In the case of Kostadin Terzić, after pleading guilty, the court imposed a suspended sentence of 10 months, which will not be enforced unless the defendant commits a new criminal offense within three years of the judgment becoming final. He was also ordered to prohibit approaching and communicating with the victim Janković at a distance of 50 meters, prohibiting access to the area around the place of residence and work of the victim, as well as further harassment and communication with the victim for a period of three years from the date of finality of the verdict.
Along with Terzić, Luka Kurtović, the owner of "Nana", was also sentenced to 10 months in prison, with a probation period of three years, and a restraining order was also imposed on the victim Janković.
Until the conclusion of this issue, "Vreme" was unable to get in touch with Janković in order to get his comment on this court outcome.
THE MEDIA PREVENTED A COVERUP
The public found out about everything two days after the attack. The victim spoke, and the Terzićs denied the attack. However, they were arrested and sent to detention for a month.
Football manager Uroš Janković told "Vijesta" that "a group of armed villains" attacked him shortly after the football match between Serbia and Montenegro, while he was leaving the restaurant with Montenegrin national team member Adam Marušić and his family.
"After they hit the car in which my driver was with a jeep, coming from the opposite direction, they attacked me, Marušić, his wife and mother. They hit me in the temple with a pistol, and the sons of Zvezdan Terzić and the owner of 'Nana', with the help of several assailants, frantically hit me with pistols on the head and vital parts of the body. My cheekbone and left leg were broken. I was transferred to the Clinical Center, where I was operated on," Janković said.
That night at Autokomanda, in the wider center of Belgrade, scenes like those from action movies took place.
"We are surrounded by several cars. My driver tried to leave the place, then he was hit by a car coming from the opposite direction. I didn't even manage to get into the vehicle, I was attacked from behind. At one point I lost consciousness and they continued to hit me…”

IT ALL BEGAN FROM THE STARS...
The clash took place after the birthday celebration of Montenegrin football representative Adam Marušić, and the motive is Janković's long-standing conflict with Zvezdan Terzić.
"Janković heard that it was rumored in Belgrade that he owed money to Zvezdan Terzić, and when they happened to meet in a restaurant at the beginning of 2020, Janković approached Terzić and asked him what he owed him. Terzić called him in front of the bar, after which there was a fight between them, in which Zvezdan Terzić was slapped in front of many people and ended up on the floor, and Janković left," the source of the Nova portal says, adding that Terzić could not cross the ordeal he experienced.
AND THERE IS NO RECORD OF THE BEATING AT ALL
According to eyewitnesses, the attack on Janković began at around two o'clock in the morning, near the "Sport" pub, and the pursuit of ten people with pistols after Uroš Janković continued, through Autokomanda, to the fast food place "Stepin Wyatt", which is located a few tens of meters away. . That video also exists, although it turned out blurry, so the prosecutor may not have seen more men with guns. If she had seen it, she would have immediately called the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office, so that they could take over the case, since carrying a weapon without a permit, and if it is also illegal, is a more difficult qualification. And with a more difficult qualification come more severe penalties... But alas.
The key recording of the beating remained in the "dead corner". According to the investigator for "Vreme", "you can see something from an unfortunate angle, just a bunch of excited men, their bodies swaying". Now, whether they gathered to tear apart the man or the burgers from the nearby bar, remains a mystery.
THE MAIN WITNESS WAS NOT HEARD, A STORY ABOUT ILLEGAL WEAPONS "LOST" IT'S ON THE RECORDS
Only three of them are clearly visible on the recordings - brothers Terzić and Kurtović. In almost 10 months, the prosecution and the police failed to establish the identity of the other attackers.
Janković told Podgorica's "Vijesti" after the attack: "It is clear that (Nikša) Terzić and he (Kurtović) are hitting me with pistols." Mucci, herring. It can also be seen that Kostadin Terzić rehearses the gun and pulls it in the direction of the head and chest of Marušić, in order to prevent him from helping me while I was being brutally beaten. His mother, a sixty-year-old woman, was pushed and injured," Janković said.
It remains unclear how the prosecutor did not see those pistols, and if so, why was the case not forwarded to a higher instance?
And is this the reason why the key witness, football player Adam Marušić, was never called to the prosecution? Would it then be necessary to investigate where Kostadin Terzić got the gun - he does not work in the BIA?
According to unconfirmed data from the investigation, during the investigation after the attack, several pistols with polished numbers, security sector badges, phantoms and "carrot" sticks for stopping vehicles from cars were found... However, the trace of these weapons, according to the interlocutor of "Vremen", disappeared from the evidence - somewhere between the police and the prosecution.
DISMISSAL OF TERZIĆ'S SON IN BIA VEŠT MANEUVER?
Nikša Terzić had been working as a BIA operative for about three years at the time of the attack. According to witnesses who wished to remain anonymous, while the Terzić brothers were beating Janković to death with pistols (at least 20 blows to the head), there were at least three others with BIA badges who did not allow anyone to approach and help the victim. Nikša Terzić remained working at the Security and Information Agency after the attack, and according to "Vremen" information, two or three months before signing the plea agreement with the prosecution, he signed a mutual resignation from the BIA. The interlocutor of "Vremen" from the security structures says that it is not a matter of dismissal due to a sense of shame, but of a maneuver.
"So that the court could not, at the time of the sentencing, impose a measure prohibiting him from performing activities in the BIA or the police, Terzić quit his job before admitting his guilt and now he does not have any prohibition to get employed again when his sentence expires," the interviewer told "Vreme".
In response to the journalist's statement that Terzić will have a conviction in his file and that it is necessary to pass some security checks for his job at the BIA - the interlocutor emphasizes that, as far as the checks are concerned, "he can pass them the second time as well as the first". Namely, Nikša got a job at the BIA while his father, a former fugitive from the Interpol warrant, was on trial for fraud related to the sale of football players. By the way, this May, Zvezdan Terzić was legally acquitted of charges that he illegally appropriated money from the sale of OFK Belgrade football players, as the Court of Appeal in Belgrade confirmed the acquittal from July last year. The trial of Zvezdan Terzić lasted 12 years, and during that period, two of the three counts of the indictment expired.
Terzići - from football, through BIA, to construction
While Nikša Terzić worked at BIA, his brother Kostadin became a co-owner of the company that participated in the construction of "Belgrade on the Water", as well as the Aleksandrovac-Tutin gas pipeline, KRIK revealed. Those jobs for the younger Terzić were made possible by the company "Milenium Team", connected to high-ranking SNS state officials. Through his companies, Kostadin Terzić teamed up with a number of personalities, including people close to the aggressive hooligan group "Ultra boys", as well as "Alcatraz", according to research conducted by KRIK. Kostadin followed in his father's footsteps - he worked for two years in the Football Association of Serbia, then for a short time in "Crvena zvezda", and at the end of 2022, he took an important position in the football club "OFK Belgrade". At the same time, he entered the lucrative construction business - he became a co-owner of the company "Goter Construction".
