"People would not even know about justice if there was no injustice," said Heraclitus. Some two and a half thousand years later, citizens Of Serbia they scratch their heads. Yes, they too have heard of justice, they would surely recognize it on the street, but never meet it.
And how would they be tortured when the executive power leads a crusade against the judiciary? In this sense, it is quite possible that the head of UKP Marko Kricak he holds justice in the garage, slaps her and threatens to rape her, as he did a few months ago to a student Nikolina Sinđelić.
The deep crisis in the country was opened by injustice. The first thing the people got from Vučić after the canopy falls in Novi Sad on November 1, 2024. it was a cheap lie told straight to the camera. That's it - only that part of the station building has not been reconstructed... In other words, no one will bear any responsibility for the death of sixteen people. Maybe the guild will pay for some small screw from the construction process, certainly not the one who is really guilty of the tragedy by his actions or inactions - the progressive government is untouchable, it can do whatever it wants.
What happened next has already entered history - students and the people began to look for justice in the streets, if they would not finally meet and set her free. And that is not at all easy in Serbia.
KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN
Progressives believe that they are not obligated Constitution and the law. They especially despise and hate the courts and the free media. They do not stick to their Statute, and even less to their given word.
Let's say, Vučić first promises before the representatives of the European Union that he will make REM members National Assembly choose according to the law, and then he boasts that he personally sabotaged that process so that TV "Informer" would still remain his media poison bed. Or - every now and then he announces the fight against crime and corruption, and then he puts all his political weight on the suspects and accused in those cases.
Nothing here is accidental or rushed. For the head of state and the entire Ćaciland, wherever he is, there is only one principle - what is useful for him must be useful for everyone else. If not - we regret the case, better luck next time. Hence all the scandals and scandals with public works, embezzlement, embezzlement, acting statuses, "state affairs" like the one with the fire on "Jovanjica", systemic corruption...
Why was none of the above ever brought to light in the competent institutions, let alone enlightened? Because in the system of government established by Vučić, he knows all this or had to know. He is the one who literally decides everything.
This means that Nebojša Stefanović, even if he wants to, cannot tell in court how his father turned from a retired postal clerk into an international arms dealer. The same applies to Bata Gašić - surely he is not a fool to explain where he and his family got the property of 23 million euros under full financial and criminal responsibility. And how long would the media empires and accompanying facilities of Željko Mitrović and DJ Vučićević last if they had to explain how they acquired them... But without enumerating further, it is clear...
"Thanks to President Vučić", justice has become progressive's enemy number one. The most radical wing of the SNS didn't call itself loyalists just like that.
STREETS OF BELGRADE
Although the majority were like muscles for more than a decade, now some of the employees of the judiciary are trying to do their jobs. That is to say – to give justice to the people.
What have they been waiting for until now? Some may not have seen an alternative to Vučić's regime, others suffered from anxiety due to working conditions, the third - quite possibly - was shame in front of students and citizens, and all of them were influenced by the awareness that they would soon be completely dispossessed as a branch of government. As a result, they will be completely unnecessary, except to sign everything that is put on their desk and to stamp the seals.
Vučić's reaction to people from the judiciary starting to do their job was immediate. In short, they attacked the very constitutional and legal order of Serbia. Thus, prosecutors for organized crime became mobsters, and their "clients" became respectable citizens. At the same time, the police - as well as other state authorities - are prohibited from acting on the orders of TOK at the cost of a gun, badge and official car. The regime no longer hides the fact that the sole aim of the "Mrdić Laws" is to prevent the prosecution of high corruption and the regime's "earners" of public resources.
WHERE IS ALL THIS LEADING??
If "Mrdić's laws" persist, the upcoming and every other election will be rendered meaningless; if the cases of "Jovanjica" and the village of Konjuh are not carried out to the end, drug dealers can count on premiums for the production and transport of drugs; if the current government lasts for another year or two, citizens will be arrested by police like "ices" in Trump's America...
In short, the Vučić regime is rushing full steam ahead into complete lawlessness with incalculable consequences. Serbia is faced with a choice - it can remain mafia or become a country on the road to recovery. There is no middle ground anymore.
