Probably the biggest repression against citizens on protests happened in Valjeva, the police brought in from the side chased and beat whoever they came across, masked thugs demolished several cafes, and several citizens participating in the protests or someone from their families were beaten to death, so to speak. And no matter what, no one was held accountable, nor was he prosecuted for those misdeeds.
The only change that took place at the head of the progressives was that instead of the mayor, who was elected as a non-Strtana personality, the director of the Valjevo Hospital was appointed to head the SNS City Committee. And what was the first activity of the new leader, the scheduled protest "Valjevo against blockades". Word spread, confirmed by the police, that the President himself was coming. For the same day, Sunday, the choirs scheduled a meeting called "Valjevo remembers 14 August 2025", when over 60 citizens were admitted to the Emergency Center.
Several hundred citizens gathered in front of the Gymnasium and blocked the street in front of the school, there was a big white flag with a red fist at the door, and in front of the citizens the "Valjevo Pamti" promenade. The neighboring street, where the progressives scheduled the meeting, near the "Grand" hotel, on the square where there is a monument to Živojin Mišić, there were two police vans and two "hammers", the gendarmerie blocked the approaches.

The rain began to spoil the job, on the other side, from the park on Jadr, people started arriving in groups, people from the side, mostly Roma or some Cambodians, there are older people, women, children. One of them said that he came from Vragočanica, about thirty km from Valjevo, with his mother, wife and two children. During that time, the citizens in front of the Gymnasium reached the monument to Desanka Maksimović, which was opposite the monument to Vojvoda, in front of them was a police cordon, whistles, general noise, shouts of "Vučić fag", "You will not walk through this city, you will not walk"...
The answer comes from the Vojvoda monument, they put up a banner "Valjevo against blockades" towards Jadr, next to which was a "Pink" microphone, brought out two loudspeakers in front of the hotel, patriotic music started, "Sing Serbia when you cry", handed out stamped uniform banners, "I want my Serbia back", "We don't give Serbia", "I want to move freely"...
When "Veseli se srpski rode" started, the director of the Valjevska hospital in the function of the party coordinator came out of the hotel, they brought out bunches of balloons, armbands of flags... One of the 116 years old was holding a sandwich in his left hand, a banner "I want to work" in his right, someone with glasses approached him, took the banner and he started waving it. "What is going on, take care of my son, old mother is whining, every bitch wants to kill a wolf" was heard over the loudspeakers, they handed out flags, handed out balloons, one liked the reporter, the Roma or Cambodians stuck together, some of them stationed themselves at the garbage container.

In the meantime, the citizens from the monument to Desanka, through the passage, managed to reach the street where the "Valjevo against blockade" column was moving, the gendarmerie cordon suppressed them and allowed the "Aco Srbine" group to pass. The citizens responded with shouts of "Aco Shiptar", then a group of armed thugs led by a well-known criminal-business clan burst in among them, one of them, with the words "Who is Shiptar", began to strangle the student, the other twisted his arm and took his phone, the citizens shouted, "Help, do you see what they are doing", the police cordon did not turn their heads, no one reacted, everyone remained in the formation of the "Aco" protection Serbs" column.
