Vučićević poured all the "content" that he established in his newspaper into the TV airwaves: a row of screams, a row of scandals, a row of fabrications, a row of the most heinous insults and a row of praises at the expense of the great leader and his friend Vučić... In the latest "edition", after tragedy in Novi Sad and the events that followed, a special "language" and special messages were prepared: on the streets are "Đilas hooligans", Ustaše, anti-Serbs, haters of everything Serbian, destroyers of national property
In the media system of Aleksandar Vučić's government, the tabloid "Informer" had an important place from the beginning. If in May 2012 it started "coming out" as the cheapest daily newspaper, 12 years later it is the most watched TV station on the cable system of Telekom Srbija and, it seems, the only new media project of the authorities that brought the expected viewership and influence. Dragan Jola Vučićević, a political science graduate and seasoned tabloid journalist and editor, has been at the head of this media operation since the beginning as owner and editor.
Much has been written about him and his career, but it seems that his role in Aleksandar Vučić's system of government has not been fully explained. Since 2012, Vučićević, with the great support of the authorities, managed to contaminate the print media and with an aggressive approach to the masters, he is now marching towards the position of the leading media TV platform in Serbia. In a relatively short time, he managed to overrun TV Happy and, with a more radical approach to the presentation of media content, capture the audience of this television station. Vučićević is now marching on and threatening to run over TV Prva and to schedule some kind of future media showdown with Željko Mitrović, the owner and creator of TV tabloids in Serbia.
What is the secret of this "success" of Dragan J. Vučićević's media products, apart from the fact that he was richly "filled" with money from the public sector and informal channels all the time?
NEW TV FORMAT
When he left the tabloid "Press", which was founded and supported by Miroslav Mišković and Dragan Đilas, Vučićević created the company "Insajder Team", which publishes the newspaper "Informer". With that, he wanted to create confusion because at that time Insider was a term for investigative journalism and was broadcast on TV B92. Now, with his TV station, he has "taken it upon himself" to create an info channel modeled after TV N1 and to introduce new confusion in that field.
If more than a decade ago he wanted to show how he is a "real journalist" and out of pure malice wanted to take and dirty a media "brand", now from his "edition" he manages special programs with the aim of what is called in journalism turn "breaking news" into a new form of reality TV.
While TV Happy and TV Pink still stick to standard genres, so they have morning, afternoon and reality programs as separate formats - on the TV Informer channel it's all packed into one format - Collegium. Just as with the name "Insider" he wanted to relativize investigative journalism, ridicule it and turn the audience upside down, so he published in his newspaper every day - which he still does today - "discoveries" and incredible news that only he could "find". , so now it's confusing the concept of television content that undoes what some generations have been trying to do for decades.
Parallelism can be seen in the politics he supports: Vučić, the greatest relativizer of government and institutions, found his best follower in the media field in Dragan J. Vučićević. Their relationship has become so intertwined that every border between politics, media, reporting, lying, subterfuge, spin and making decisions affecting the future of Serbia has been erased. Just as in Serbia it is no longer known, that is, it is known but not formally, who is in charge of what, whose responsibility is in relation to the public function he performs and everything boils down to the "authority" of one man, so Dragan J. Vučićević is "everything i Svja" on his TV station - he works when he wants and what he wants, turns on when he wants, says whatever he wants and manages as he thinks at that moment.
Vučić introduced an authoritarian administration, Vučićević poured the Internet YouTube format onto television. And while the majority of TV creators try to present to the Internet audience what is broadcast on the TV station, Vučićević does the opposite. He sits in an armchair similar to those used by "gamers", he is part of the split screen, he is staring at the screen in front of him, he speaks and controls as he wants. His interlocutors are usually "journalists and editors" employed at Informer, so it's like we're watching live how "newspapers are made", because that's what the Collegium does.
We saw all kinds of things in the broadcasts when Vučić held public extended sessions of the Government of Serbia, because this was supposed to mean the greatest possible transparency in the work. However, those sessions had nothing to do with transparency, but with building a personality cult through the presentation of one person capable of making important decisions alone and solving the biggest problems in the country.
That's what Vučićević's College looks like - moving an informative program, even a quasi-informative one, into the sphere of entertainment and reality shows. When he set that "format", Vučićević poured all the "content" he had established in his newspaper into the TV airwaves: a row of screams, a row of scandals, a row of fabrications, a row of the most heinous insults, a row of praise for the great leader and his friend Vučić...
In the latest "edition", the one that continues after the tragedy in Novi Sad and the events that followed, a special "language" and special messages have been prepared: "Đilas hooligans" are on the streets, they are not oppositionists - they are extremists. And further - these are Ustashas and anti-Serbs, haters of everything Serbian, destroyers of national property.
The intention is to instill all these "messages" into the everyday language of ordinary people. Namely, they are spoken in parallel during the duration of the program and are broadcast in the form of signatures on the screen in bright yellow letters - if someone hasn't heard, they will see.

" 'COME ON, PEOPLE, A LITTLE MORE AND GONE"
What Vučić thinks, Vučićević says, is an old Serbian proverb. That's how the public understands the entire involvement with TV Informer, which with its radicalism and true verbal violence surpasses by miles the horrors of TV Happy and TV Pink, proving that it can always be worse, more shameless, even more rude and even more reckless. As the audience has been consuming similar tone and content for years watching various "cooperatives", "farms" and "couples", this quasi-informative format is now fine for them and that is why Informer has a large audience among Vučić's voters. It is a TV station that has erased any semblance of regular content, as if someone - and we can imagine that it was Dragan J. Vučićević - decided to enter the "history of journalism" in this way, as if it had not already been marked as a "rogue of the profession".
Of course, he was rewarded by the regime for such an approach: he was assigned a local frequency, TV Informer is now "Belgrade television" and Telekom Srbija honors him with annual contracts worth millions. Where Vučičević is consistent and Vučić is not, it is the nature of the content/politics: while Vučić tries in various places to leave the impression of a person who seems to care about Serbia in the EU, and developed and modern Serbia, Vučićević and his TV station are always consistent sticking to the most simple approach that even Vojislav Šešelj from his "best days" would have envied. In short - Serbs and Serbia are under attack and everyone who does it should be eliminated.
Understandably, it is part of the agreed "media rhetoric" that maybe in the future someone will investigate as a concept of political propaganda, but it produces and apparently properly solicits Vučić's voters, which is crucial for him in every campaign. Therefore, "there is a system in madness", and those who do not watch it or reject it with disgust do not understand that TV Informer and tabloid "Informer" are a tool for managing the attitudes of a group that should always be kept ready for some elections.
That is the novelty that Dragan J. Vučićević brought to the ruined world of Serbian media. Many of them were created as political or mafia projects - a propaganda tool by day and a money launderer by night. TV Informer is Vučić 24/7 because it has been shown that even daily but sporadic inclusions and addresses are not enough and that it is necessary to repeat the same story over and over again. Like when Vučić and Vučićević were at the university: they didn't take exams because they understood something and wanted to deal with it, but they fooled around, were persistent and capable of reciting what they "learned".
However, one detail reveals that, despite everything, it was still important for Vučićević to "be the first to report", to have an exclusive. He didn't have much in his life, moreover, he is the master of fabrications, lies and wrong information, but recently he was the first to report that Goran Vesić had been arrested. Although he then ran to Pink to say how embarrassing it was, he had to be the first to report so what would happen. He wanted to "show everyone" that he is at the source of information, knows everything before everyone else and that is why it is necessary for everyone to watch his TV station. Like that seller at the market: "Come on, people, a little more and it's gone, the best price, look at the beautiful goods, five for three, ten for seven, let's go..."

Less than two days of blockade - that's how long it took to see how weak and powerless the public media service is, both from the outside and from the inside. At the moment of writing this text, it is the eighth day of the blockade, and the sixth that RTS is not broadcasting its program. They also seem to be facing a strike inside the house. And the essence of blocking RTS is not in what it publishes, but in what it keeps silent
In the months after the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad, the flames of rebellion spread throughout Serbia. The first protests started in Novi Sad right after the tragedy. The authorities responded with arrests, police cordons and intimidation, but instead of calming down the protesters, new protests followed.
The rector of the University of Belgrade, Vladan Đokić, has been the target of top state officials and regime tabloids for months, who label him as an insidious instigator of student protests, an opportunist, "the face of evil" and "the leader of the criminal octopus." How and why a rector became "state enemy number one"
"I'm standing in the cordon, and my daughter is shouting at me 'aw, aw, killers'. What should I do? If they ordered me - I would throw down my baton and bulletproof vest and stand on the side of my child," a police officer from the south of Serbia, who works as needed in the Belgrade Police Brigade, told "Vreme"
The recent formation of the Đura Macuta government is part of the regime's revenge and cynicism. This can be seen most in the "black troika" of new ministers appointed to deal with the parts of society that are the leaders and symbols of the big rebellion that lasted for several months, the cause of which was the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad, which claimed 16 human lives. Education, universities, unsolicited media and parts of the judiciary that refuse to listen to orders, either publicly, with announcements, or hiding behind legal procedures, should be dismantled. Those who will have no problem doing everything they are told, even reinforcing the orders with their own inventions, are chosen for this.
Who mentions the extraordinary elections when the rating of the party in power is falling, and according to all surveys, Vučić is not the most important political factor in the country, but the students?
If in reality the principle of balance is violated - the way the incompetent regime violated the relationship between the concrete elements at the Novi Sad Railway Station - reality will behave like a canopy: it will fail to obey
