United Group announced that in accordance with the previously signed agreement, the satellite TV service EON SAT (Total TV) was sold to the company Telekom Serbia.
"Although the process has not yet been fully completed, users of the satellite service now practically become users of the Telekom Srbija company," United Group announced, as reported by N1.
The company Telekom Srbija announced that it has taken over NET TV Plus, which broadcasts programs for the diaspora market, as well as satellite television Total TV in Serbia and North Macedonia from United Group, reports FoNet.
Telekom Srbija states that users in the diaspora will have more than 150 new channels with the most attractive sports, film, series, informational and entertainment content through the NET TV service.
Existing users of the NET TV service will not have to change their equipment, and the method of paying for the service remains the same as before, Telekom announced.
Also, Total TV users will be able to watch the channels offered by Telekom Srbija.
Completed transfer of SBB to new ownership
The company SBB announced that, after receiving all the necessary regulatory approvals, the transfer of the company to the ownership of "e& PPF Telecom Group" was successfully completed.
As of April 2, 2025, SBB operates as part of the e& PPF Telecom Group.
"Continuing business with the new ownership, our dedication to users remains the main priority. This change will strengthen the telecommunications sector in Serbia and bring additional benefits to users, both in terms of service quality and variety of offers and content. I believe that together with the company Jetel (Yettel) we can bring great things to our users," said Milija Zeković, executive director of SBB, writes Danas.
