The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, announced in his address to the public that he would "recommend" to the party authorities that new elections be held in Belgrade.
"I spoke with the winning list in Belgrade, my advice is that, even though I know you have the majority, we should nurture democracy for our own sake, and go to new elections, because it is better to lose than to participate in the theft of elections like in 2008" , Vucic said.
