President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić announced on Saturday (June 21) that changes will be made Constitution of Serbia which will allow during the enforcement procedure execution it can be done on everything except a family house or apartment.
"We had enforcement procedures during the former blockade regime, however, I would like to bring changes to the Constitution so that enforcement can be carried out on everything except a family house or apartment. That you cannot evict children from 60 square meters or 80 square meters and that everything can be subject to enforcement besides that," said Vučić.
He pointed out that if this is included in the Constitution, people with weaker financial conditions will be safer.
"I think the poorer people would be happier, safer and that would be a big change and I think we can go with that at the beginning of next year," said the president.
