Vučić, after visiting the village of Grljan, in the official campaign before the local elections in Zaječar on June 8, assessed that the citizens are "fed up stops Serbia".
"People are already nervous. For the first time in history, out of the total number of the population, 23 percent of them, when asked what the biggest problems in the country are, say that they are protests and riots. It means that they are so disgusted with the people that it is unbelievable. I am not proud of that," said Vučić.
During a tour of the parliament in the village of Jelašnica, Vučić, when asked by a journalist how he responds to allegations that he is a "coward" and that he "must not hold elections", said that when you lead the country, you must not respond based on personal vanity, but on the basis of the "needs of the people".
"When the preparations for the Expo are over, I will call early elections. In those elections, I'm afraid they made a big mistake. I thought the chances were there somewhere, but they are not anymore. We will defeat them convincingly even then," said Vučić.
Pre-election announcement of the renovation of the hospital and the opening of the factory
He said that the hospital will be renovated in Zaječar and that he is particularly happy about that, and he added that by the end of the year, the state will open a dedicated industry factory in that city.
He said that the project to build a sewage system in that area was also approved.
As a reminder, local elections are being held in Zaječar, along with Kosjerić, on June 8.
