Humanoid robot he was the first to greet ministers, officials and journalists at the Palace of Serbia. Only after that, the President of Serbia took the floor Aleksandar Vučić to present the country's development plan until 2030 and the vision of Serbia until 2035.
The presentation of the strategy lasted more than two and a half hours and was simultaneously broadcast on more than ten television channels.
On the big screen, graphs and statistics showing Serbia's progress from 2012 to today, and how life will be in the coming years, alternated.
The president came out in front of his colleagues and cameras to explain to the people how things are and how to live well in this country, however, since the address was too long, there was no room for journalistic questions.
The message, as many times before, was clear: Serbia it is progressing, life is better than ever, but it must be even stronger, and the country must preserve peace and stability.

Ten points of development
Vučić presented ten points of development in the next decade and announced the growth of salaries and pensions, investments in infrastructure, healthcare, the army and the police.
"A large part of the people think that we are presenting the 2030-2035 program because we want to rule until then. They don't understand that there is no success without a strategy," said Vučić.
At the same time, he assessed that life in Serbia today is better than ever before - but also that life is not good.
"Do you live well? You don't live well. Do you live better than ever? You do," said the president, adding that Serbian citizens travel much more today than in 2012.

Investments of 50 billion euros
According to the plans he presented, capital investments will amount to around 17 billion euros by 2030, and another 31 billion by 2035.
"No less than 15 billion euros will be allocated for the army," said Vučić.
He added that by the end of the decade, Serbia could be among the leading countries in Europe in terms of growth rate.
He used the opportunity to present how much has been done since 2012, and that no one before this government had done anything so well.
Roads, airports, railways, sewers, hospitals will be built, announced Vučić.
EU membership by 2035.
Vučić said that he sees Serbia as a member of the European Union in 2035, although he is not sure what its status in the Union would be then.
"Will we have the right to vote, commissioner? I don't know. But for that we have to speed up the reforms," said Vučić.
Speaking about the future of the country, he pointed out that Serbia must accept technological changes faster.
"I see a country that embraces artificial intelligence, the merging of software and hardware, intelligence and labor," the president said.
Robots and drones
A special part of the presentation was devoted to robotics and artificial intelligence.
Vučić announced that in June, and at the latest in September 2026, the first factory of "humanoid robots", as he called them, will be opened in Serbia.
According to him, the factory will be opened in Loznica, within the Mint factory.
"We will start in Šabac, and in Inđija we are creating a complete ecosystem for training and robotics at the level of Serbia," Vučić said.
The plan is to produce 1.000 humanoid robots and 10.000 robot dogs for various purposes.
The president also announced the opening of a "serious" drone factory in cooperation with a foreign partner.
"From the end of April, we will have full production on the territory of Serbia," said Vučić, without providing details about the investor.
Apart from President Vučić, in the two and a half hour address, individual ministers and other officials took turns at the lectern, and since the address lasted, there were no questions from journalists at the end.
