Students call all of Serbia to Kosjerić
The students invited all of Serbia to protest in Kosjerić, after the objections of the opposition due to irregularities in the elections in both Kosjerić and Zaječar were rejected.
When it was officially opened before the fall of the canopy, the Railway Station in Novi Sad had a permit for trial operation, which is valid for one year instead of a use permit. But that permit was apparently forged - hence the arrests on Monday
Manager Infrastructure Railways and several others who were arrested on Monday are, according to "Vremen" information, accused of falsifying a probationary license railway station in Novi Sad.
At the time of the fall of the canopy, under which fifteen people died, the station had only that permit for trial operation.
According to the Law on Planning and Construction, the permit for trial operation, issued by the company authorized for the technical inspection of the facility, replaces the use permit for a period of one year.
They wrote that the object is stable
In addition to SK, the development manager at the Railway Infrastructure, three members of the commission for the technical inspection of the railway station in Novi Sad were also arrested, while one person is on the run.
A three-member consortium was responsible for the technical inspection of the building, which is the company Trioprojekt, Beogradčvor and KBV Datacom.
In April of last year, they prepared a report on the technical inspection of the facility, in which it was stated in the minutes that there are no defects affecting the stability and functionality of the facility.
This indicates that in July of last year, when the station was opened by Minister Goran Vesić, Prime Minister of Vojvodina Maja Gojković, Mayor of Novi Sad Milan Đurić and Director of Railway Infrastructure Jelena Tanasković, there was a permit for trial operation that was valid until April 2025.
Weak point in the indictment
The arrest of the suspects for issuing a falsified license for probationary work could therefore overturn part of the indictment of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad. Because, in the indictment, which "Vreme" had access to, several state officials are accused of visiting the railway station "while they knew that there was no use permit".
"Vreme" had an insight into several decisions confirming that Elektromreže Srbije issued permits for connecting the Railway Station in Novi Sad to electricity.
According to the current law, such a permit can only be issued by the EMS if there is a permit for trial operation or a permit for use.
The students invited all of Serbia to protest in Kosjerić, after the objections of the opposition due to irregularities in the elections in both Kosjerić and Zaječar were rejected.
Just like on Friday in Kosjerić, today in Zaječar all objections of the opposition were rejected. Reason: they do not contain all the elements prescribed by law
A group of 135 regime journalists signed under the advertisement in "Informer" calling for the establishment of a new association - "Association of Journalists of Serbia" (ANS).
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, boasted that he would write the world bestseller "How I Defeated the Colored Revolution" by June 28. On this occasion, the students in the blockade invite all citizens to gather in Belgrade for Vidovdan and celebrate Vučić's victory over them.
Journalist associations condemned the dismissal of journalist Marija Šehić and accused the management of "Juronjuz" of collapsing professional standards, concealing information and ignoring the union's demands.
