The "Let Them All" initiative published the first part from the database of Fr repression against the citizens of Serbia. They state that the data available to this initiative clearly show the patterns and mechanisms of "systematic repression, abuse and politicization of the police and the judiciary, as well as the complete absence of the rule of law."
It is noticeable, they say, that fewer arrests were registered in January and February, exactly when the "fight against corruption" and arrests of officials began, which "was obviously a refrain from provocation at a time of rapid growth of the movement", they say.
"After March 15 one can see an aggressive turn and change of tactics with the clear cooperation of the political elite, propaganda media, police and judiciary in attempts to provoke riots and feed the narrative of a 'color revolution', the statement added.

Without a final judgment
The initiative indicates that none of the cases that officials have used in the media to demonize the student and civic movement have ended in a final verdict.
The database also shows that the vast majority of cases are completed within 48 hours, often without charges, which the initiative recognizes as a mechanism of fatigue and intimidation.
"Of particular concern are calls for informational interviews, detentions in violation of procedures, attempts to deny the rights of detainees, extreme cases of illegal wiretapping, beatings, threats, abuse and humiliation, with consequences that permanently affect the lives of those who ultimately turn out to be innocent, the statement added. Detention and house arrest practically serve to hide the most active, apparently indefinitely, if necessary, without evidence and grounds, with the intention of the fight for one's freedom weakens the potential for further organizing", concludes the "Let them all go" initiative.
