The candidates of the election lists these days try to present themselves to the citizens in direct contact. This is especially important for representatives of opposition parties due to insufficient/poor availability on televisions with national frequencies.
So, for example, the candidate of the "Serbia against violence" list for mayor of Belgrade, Vladimir Obradović, today in a conversation with the citizens of Borča, stated that in 11 years the government has not done any capital project that improves the quality of life and promised that the list, when after 17 In December, take responsibility for running the city, work on projects that will solve people's problems.
He asked why the government did not start building the Tiršova 2 children's hospital, which they promised to finish by 2022, how is it possible for them to build a bus station for seven years, who decided not to build a waste water treatment plant in Veliki Selo, where the garages are , kindergartens, schools, health centers.
"SNS and Šapić owe the citizens answers to all these questions, and it is completely clear to every person today that all they know is to repeat false promises, which is why Belgrade today looks like a graveyard of failed projects," Obradović said.
He stated that the government, instead of investing money in people and providing them with a better life, spends our money on financing the purchase of votes through the Center for Education and Youth Development in Belgrade, and assigns projects that are of vital importance to the regime's favorite contractors who charge them several times over. more.
Obradović pointed out that he guarantees that after the change of incompetent, arrogant and corrupt government, people from the "Serbia against violence" list will work on projects that will solve people's problems, and not fill the pockets of companies close to the regime as they do today, choose contractors on tenders, and not in telephone conversations, respect all deadlines for the completion of works, because everyone who lives in Belgrade deserves it.
In this context, he discussed with the residents of Batajnica about the problems of the city's peripheral municipalities in Belgrade, where "the problems are always the same", because "there is no sewage system, the roads, especially the smaller ones, are in a catastrophic state, there are not enough kindergartens and schools" as well as that the peripheral municipalities are "completely forgotten" as far as secondary schools are concerned, and that the suburban transport is "very bad".
"The cause is the poor organization of the city administration, which is centralized," he said and announced that, if he is elected mayor, he will advocate for the "reorganization of the city's municipalities" from which new municipalities would be formed by regrouping, "different from what it is today ".
Also, Vladimir Obradović announced that the list "Serbia against violence" will implement a serious housing policy in Belgrade that will ensure young people pay preferential rents for apartments and thus protect them from unrealistic rent increases for apartments, the Freedom and Justice Party announced today.
Our plan guarantees a place in kindergarten for every child, a smaller number of students in the class, a healthy meal for every student, organized playgrounds, scholarships for the best students, specializations for those who want to improve, a job without the obligation to be a member of the ruling parties - said Obradović .
