Deputy Commander Intervention units 92 of the Police Administration for the City of Belgrade M. J, who was wanted, was arrested by order of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office, RTS announced.
MJ was arrested on suspicion that he and his colleagues from the Intervention Unit prevented prosecution Saša Vuković Bosket after a verbal argument with Miloš Nilović aka Runjo, in the presence of numerous guests, in the "Steak and Wine Bar" on November 5 of last year, he shot himself, RTS announced.
Four members of the Intervention Unit, including the commander of the Intervention Unit, were arrested yesterday. The director of that restaurant was also arrested, while Saša Vuković Boske is already in custody on suspicion of killing Aleksandar Nešović with gunshots on May 12, and then hiding his body with helpers, which was later found in a barrel buried near the Jarkovac lake.
The commander of Intervention Unit 92 and the leader of the intervention team were questioned yesterday before the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade. They denied committing the crimes they are accused of and presented their defenses.

Blic announced that at the proposal of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, detention was ordered for the commander of Intervention Unit 92 of the Duty Service of the Police Department for the City of Belgrade, Dušan N., and the leader of the intervention team, Nikola K., who were arrested and questioned yesterday on suspicion of having prevented the prosecution of Saša Vuković Bosket after he fired a gun at the "Steak and Wine Bar" on November 5 last year in the presence of numerous guests after a verbal argument with Miloš Nilović, known as Runjo.
They were ordered to be detained for up to 30 days in order not to influence the witnesses and not to repeat the crime in a short period of time.
Dušan N. and Nikola K. denied their guilt at the hearing yesterday.
The other suspects in this case will be heard today.
The suspects were arrested yesterday, while Boske is already in custody on suspicion of shooting Aleksandar Nešović to death on May 12, and then hiding his body with his helpers, which was later found in a barrel buried near the Jarkovac lake.
