The money cannot be spent for other purposes?
The program director of Transparency of Serbia Nemanja Nenadić told FoNet that, although part of the salaries for educators has not been paid, that money cannot be spent for any other purpose, unless the Government of Serbia makes a decision to transfer it to the budget reserve.
"Another option is the rebalancing of the budget, but it could only be proposed by the new Government, not the one that is in the technical mandate", said Nenadić.
