Participants protest against the opening of an Israeli arms factory in Serbia were detained after a gathering held in Rajićeva Street in Belgrade, they announced students in lockdown.
According to their statements, the police detained ten citizens who participated in the protest, among them two students of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, Nova.rs reports.
The students in the blockade stated that the detained students are currently in the Stari Grad Police Station.
For now, there is no official information from the Ministry of the Interior about the reasons for the detention or about possible misdemeanor or criminal proceedings against those detained.
Students in the blockade published information about the arrests on social networks, stating that they happened after the end of the protest against the opening of the Israeli weapons factory in Serbia.
