The president of the temporary authority of Belgrade, Aleksandar Šapić, said that there will be no secret agreements during the formation of the government in Belgrade and that he will announce everything he has in connection with that topic publicly, before the constituent session of the Belgrade Assembly, most likely on February 19.
He told reporters in the courtyard of the Mladenovice Gymnasium that it is certain that the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) will cooperate.
"If anyone wants to join us, we are open to discussions." New ideas and new energy are desirable," said Šapić.
He added that "some contacts have already been made", but that the final decision will be announced a few days before the constitutive session of the City Assembly.
"The session will probably be on February 19." Whoever wants to participate with us in the formation of the government will say so publicly," said the president of the temporary authority of Belgrade.
Asked what he thought about the disagreements in the movement "We - the voice of the people", Šapić said that he did not want to deal with events in organizations of which he was not a member, but that it was obvious that they had many problems even before the elections, "only that they were not wanted to say".
Šapić announced on Tuesday that he is sending a public invitation to all mandate holders in the Belgrade Assembly, and above all to the "We - Voice of the People" list, if they wish, to discuss potential cooperation and plans for the development of Belgrade in the next four years, i.e. the formation of a new Belgrade authorities.
