It took more than a month for the Russian Federal Security Service and its deputy chief, a certain person A. Kalganov, who is signed, to answer the question of the "Vremena" editorial office - whether they even came to Belgrade and interrogated events at the protest since mid-March, when it was allegedly used sonic weapon in the city center against people who stood peacefully on the street during the minutes of silence.
What did Vucic say?
The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) concluded that the illegal weapon "sound cannon" was not used at the protest in Belgrade, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said on April 16.
The FSB report, which Vučić referred to, followed an investigation conducted at the invitation of the authorities in Serbia. The report was previously published by the Security and Information Agency of Serbia (BIA), and Vučić, speaking to journalists, said that Russian investigators conducted their investigation in three directions.
In addition to examining the characteristics of sound devices owned by Serbian police authorities, the FSB, said Vučić, also analyzed the video material from the protest. During the investigation, operational measures of the Security and Information Agency of Serbia were allegedly used, which interrogated police and BIA officials, as well as medical teams that attended the protest.
Vučić also said that the FSB conducted an experiment at the BIA training ground with sound devices owned by the Serbian police. Dogs were also used in the FSB experiment, and there were no consequences for them.
The non-existent letter "щ"
After the BIA published on its website the report of the Russian Federal Security Service on the use of the so-called sound cannon in Serbia, certain errors and illogicalities were noticed, which is why the question is open where the report was written - in Moscow or in Belgrade.
In part of the report, the word "tolgjak" was written. The non-existent letter "lj" in Russian created a non-existent word that was translated as "mass" in the Serbian version of the report.
"Such a letter can only be entered by a person who uses a Serbian keyboard. We use 'l', but they are two different letters, while in the Serbian language this letter is joined," said a Russian with whom they spoke to N1.
In the same sentence, in the Russian version, two periods are missing after the non-existent word, which are present in the report in Serbian. Experts of the Russian language have noticed that another mistake crept into that sentence, that is, that the word "lyudi" was put in the wrong case.
