The existence of lists of those who are not welcome in Serbia, and which, according to his own admission, was made by the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia Alexander Vulin while he was the Minister of Police and Director of the BIA, there is no legal basis and they are a shame for Serbia, the lawyer told "Vreme". Rodoljub Sabic.
"Everywhere, in a somewhat orderly world, the statement of a high state official that he was the one who made the illegal lists would entail responsibility, at least political, if not some other. Such lists have no legal basis and are a shame for Serbia. There is only one way to ban a foreigner from entering the country in the correct way, and that is the existence of a security procedure, that is, establishing the facts that a certain person represents an unacceptable security risk for Serbia. If pop singers have become a security risk for Serbia, then we are in a tragic situation," said Šabić.
"The lists were made by me, as the Minister of Police and director of the BIA by law and by conscience, and I regret that I did not devote myself more to them, because I see how many scumbags have been unfairly forgotten." "Aleksandar Vučić was not asked about it nor should he have been," said Vulin, and writes Tanjug.
Šabić pointed out that Vulin's statement that he was still proud of it was "beyond measure".
"It cannot be commented on in any other way than as a confirmation of the fact that things happen in Serbia that practically do not happen anywhere else." This is a confirmation that things are taking place not in accordance with the laws of this country, because neither in the Law on Foreigners nor in the Law on Police do you have any basis for what was done, but that they are taking place in accordance with the bosses, not only the highest officials of Serbia, but also in accordance with the bosses of his associates. From the point of view of population and human rights and legal security, this is unacceptable," said Šabić.
He repeated that there is no basis for such lists in our legal system
"That verbal delict had to be a thing of the past a long time ago, as the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and the Minister of the Interior, Ivica Dacić, stated almost explicitly," Šabić pointed out.
Who all Vulin put on the list
Vulin also pointed out that "everyone except one from the list begged and demanded that their ban be lifted and that they all said that there are worse than them, that they did not mean what they sang and said and that they all cried out for their ban to be lifted money or hinders them in managing the property they own in Serbia'".
He added that "some of them prayed personally, some through their managers, and some through the prime ministers of their states."
"Many tried secretly to get to Aleksandar Vučić, whom they publicly spat on," Vulin pointed out.
Vulin stated that some people were told at our borders that they were not welcome because they "sang about Orić's slaughter of Serbs on Christmas, some because they beat our children at concerts, and cursed the Serbian mother on the Internet, sang that no one could do anything to them because : 'We are stronger than Serbia', they chanted while showing the symbols of Great Albania, celebrating Anta Gotovina".
He added that the lists that he personally compiled as the Minister of Police and Director of the BIA and handed over to the competent authorities "included foreign citizens who came to Serbia to participate in violent protests, but also drug lords who are still feared from Sarajevo to Pristina and Skopje, and in Serbia, their vehicles were confiscated and they were returned on foot across the border".
He pointed out that in addition to the measure of mandatory detention and increased control, he also included deputies from the Parliament of Montenegro "who voted that Serbia was genocidal."
"I personally put on the lists as the Minister of Police and the director of the BIA and the Serbs who carry flowers to the graves of the Šiptar murderers, and the numerous Ustashas who sing 'Juri and Bobana' in Vukovar, and then come to Bač and spit in our faces once again" , Vulin said.
