Thanks to Aleksandar Vučić, the EU-Western Balkans summit for the citizens of Montenegro and Of Serbia it started a day earlier than the official protocol, on the runway of the airport in Tivat. After the AIR Serbia "Embraer" E195 plane landed at 10:41 a.m., it is not known who was more surprised: the passengers when they saw numerous police forces surrounding the plane, or the hosts who found themselves in front of the first team of "Ćaciland", 87 young men mostly with big build, shaved heads and tattoos.
However, this unexpected meeting passed without major problems. All the "guests" from Belgrade calmly headed to the airport building where they went through the security check. Two buses and several of their pajtos, which are in Montenegro arrived a day earlier as a logistical advance, they were left with unfinished business because already at 15:35 p.m. the "informal security" of the President of Serbia was packed into the plane and returned to the initial destination.
Dream team of SNS guards
Sources of the independent daily "Vijesti" stated that among the deported was Dalibor Stanojević, known to the public under the nickname Boske, who was identified in the media as a person close to the ruling SNS structure. Stanojević, who has been working as a security guard on the Belgrade rafts for years, was photographed during the large anti-regime student protests as he attacked the gathered citizens with a metal cable.
Jovan Kecman aka Coje, who, according to publicly available media reports, is the former leader of the fan group "Korida" from Novi Sad, was also recorded on the charter flight this morning. Several media reported that he was convicted of the attempted murder of former police officer Dalibor Bogdanović Boća after the shooting in Novi Sad in 2014. According to the media in Serbia, Kecman guarded the premises of the SNS in Novi Sad in August last year, after citizens revolted by the previous attack by supporters of the SNS on demonstrators in Vrbas and Bačka Palanka had gathered there.
The Police Directorate of the MUP of Montenegro also banned the entry of Aleksandar Janković, who the media in Serbia wrote about last year at the Eurobasket in Riga, was allegedly sent to Latvia on a mission, in order to discipline the fans of Serbia with fists in the stands who "pumped" at the matches of the national team before it was eliminated from the EP in basketball.
Aleksandar Janković, better known by the nickname Aca Hari, also went to Tivat, according to "Vijesti". Activists from the Belgrade Initiative claimed that he was a "beater in the service of the SNS", and that he was also in charge of "defending the banner" with the red middle finger, which appeared in Belgrade on January 21, 2025, as the government's response to the "color revolution".
Mirko Radulović from Novi Sad, a native of Ravni Topolovac, a football manager, was also banned from entering Montenegro, as well as another Vojvodina resident - Jovo Stanarević aka Joca from Sremska Kamenica. Stanarević was sentenced to a lesser prison sentence in the area of violence, and his brother Milenko Stanarević was also banned.

This morning, Bojan Mihajlović from Odžak, a former MMA fighter, who was wounded in March last year in that place, when a fight between locals and Branko Babić, better known as the "eyebrow king", who is recognized as one of the fiercest proponents of SNS politics, arrived in Tivat by charter.
Another suspicious passenger could not go further from the airport building in Tivat - Nemanja Naraci, an officer of the MUP Zemun, who was also mentioned as part of Hoffmann Vidović's team. He is on trial for an incident on December 13, 2024, during the "Stop Serbia" protest in Novi Sad, when four men in a "Porsche" drove through the citizens who were blocking the intersection at that moment, and then, after stopping the vehicle, some hundred meters away, returned to fight physically.
There are several other athletes on the list of passengers who were returned to Belgrade - Janko Kerekes, a bodybuilder from Novi Sad, Vukašin Vakirević, a kick boxer from Belgrade, and Aleksandar Umićević from Novi Sad.
Stefan Kojović was also banned from entering Montenegro, and like the others, according to the media in Serbia, he was one of the engaged SNS activists who attacked students with a baseball bat during the protest. He was accused of breaking an AV student's jaw with a baseball bat...
Loyalists with criminal records
Ilija Ignjatović, Igor Đogić, Belgraders Marko Beljanski, Aleksandar and Nenad Lazić, Vladan Virijević, Žarko Đokić from Ljubovija, Milan Sućak, who was a director in the Regional PIO Fund, Nenad Jaćinovski, Predrag Penjišćević, Ilija Roglić from Raška, Filip Dragićević, Danilo Kaluđerović, Njegoš Vujadinović, Željko Kamenović, Živko Stanojković, Dragan Stanković, Tomislav Popović, Nikola Raković, Pavle Popović and many other individuals, mostly well-known "loyalists", with thick criminal records.
"Operation Tivat" was obviously planned earlier because, as we have already stated, two buses were waiting for the team from Belgrade at the airport, and their "logistics" booked seats in luxury hotels in Tivat.
Despite the fact that, as stated by the Montenegrin police, a remote communication device, a marine radio station and a "Serbia is winning" banner were taken, it remains unknown for now what the intended mission of the 87 passengers on this charter flight was.
At the time when this article was written, none of the Serbian officials, nor the hosts, had spoken out, if we ignore the whining of "Informer" about the "harassment of innocent passengers".
In the coming days, it will probably be known what Aleksandar Vučić thought up in his head, but, regardless of the possible (SF) explanations, there is an undivided impression that the president of Serbia got seriously upset and incurred the wrath of not only the hosts, but also the European officials who are just arriving in Montenegro. We do not believe that any of them liked Vučić's idea to move "Ćaciland" from Belgrade to Tivat.
