In the warning, it is stated that in the period from January 19, Ljubičić repeatedly published videos from his workplace and during working hours on his Facebook profile, which he denies.
"They formally refer to the violation of the code of conduct of employees, because, allegedly, from the workplace, I published videos in which I call for support for students. The allegations are completely false. From January 19 onwards, I don't have any recordings from the workplace. I saw the footage they were referring to. The first recording was made before January 19 and is from the workplace, and the second is from the parking lot of TE Nikola Tesla, which is not my workplace, I am not an employee of the parking service," Ljubičić told "Vreme".
In the second video, taken in the parking lot, he calls on the workers to support the students.
The letter, he says, was drawn up on January 21, two days before the protest in EPS, but it was handed to him only today.
Violation of the code of business conduct
The warning states, among other things, that he violated the Code of Business Conduct, according to which "the posting of videos from the work environment on social networks was considered inappropriate, which especially refers to videos promoting or representing other needs of individuals or organizations whose activities is not related to the business of EPS AD".
Ljubičić tells "Vreme" that he is not familiar with the mentioned code and that he knows from other sources that certain other employees of EPS, "bots" as he calls them, publish photos from the workplace on social networks.
Apart from Ljubičić, Goran Perišić from the working body "Unity of Kolubar" also received the warning, he says.
In agreement with the lawyer, they will first send a response to this warning, and then they will inform the public about all the details.
Continuation of strike activities
Ljubičić adds that the strike activities in EPS will continue without affecting the production of electricity, and that they will continue the daily fifteen-minute silence in front of the administrative buildings from 11:52.
"We will continue all our strike activities as the students think is most effective for victory, that is, for the moment when Serbia must become a country with institutions that do their job, and when companies owned by Serbian citizens will be staffed by people who will respect the laws and to fight against corruption, and not to destroy a company such as AD Elektroprivreda Srbije through corrupt actions", concludes Ljubičić.
