House arrest for the dean of the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad
Students in the blockade of the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad announced that the arrested dean of that faculty was placed under house arrest
Veljko Delibašić, president of the Bar Association of Serbia, resigned from that position. He was the head of the AKS since 2023
President Serbian Bar Association (AKS) Veljko Delibašić resigned from that position on Saturday (May 10) and informed the members of the AKS Board of Directors by e-mail, it was confirmed to FoNet the same evening.
Delibašić sent an email to the members of the Board of Directors and branches of AKS in Serbia after the meeting of the Board informing them of his decision to step down as head of the Chamber, one of the members of the Board of Directors of AKS told FoNet, without giving details.
Veljko Delibašić was elected president of the AKS on November 4, 2023 by the majority of votes at the assembly of AKS delegates.
