The fire in Stanča is under control
The MUP states that the fire in Stanca near Kraljevo is localized, while the fire in Kraljevo near Ušće is still active, which is under control on three sides, and the fourth is located on inaccessible terrain in the valley.
Members of VSJ Kraljevo, Ušće, Raška, Kopaonik, Vrnjačka Banja, Novi Pazar and Čačak intervened, a total of 25 firefighters-rescuers with 10 vehicles and 10 workers of "Srbijašuma" with four vehicles and two firefighters from DVD Studenica with a vehicle.
There are no threatened residential buildings or population, it was announced on social networks of the MUP.
The fire in Žagubica near Požarevac has been surrounded from all sides, and the firefighters-rescuers will continue to visit and control the burned part today.
A better situation also at the Banjska Stena location
The situation with the fire in Kučevo, as well as at the location of Banjska Stena, municipality of Bajina Bašta, is significantly more favorable.
Work is being done to localize the fire, as well as encircle the perimeter of the fire with all security measures.
The fires in Bor on Mount Stol and in the village of Dušanovac near Negotin and in the town of Beljan near Kladovo have been extinguished, as well as the fire in the town of Lalinac near Niš, the town of Meminac near Požarevac and in Žitorađa.
