All police agencies in the territory of the Federation Of Bosnia and Herzegovina they received a Central warrant issued for the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, the President of the Assembly of the RS Nenad Stevandić and the Prime Minister of the RS Radovan Višković.
According to this warrant, any police officer in Bosnia and Herzegovina who spots them should arrest them.
The issuance of the central warrant was carried out by the Border Police of BiH on the order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after they did not respond to the summons to the hearing of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, which suspects them of "attacking the constitutional order of BiH", which is why the court automatically ordered them to be detained.
The Sarajevo portal Klix writes that the central warrant was issued by automatic order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This means that all police agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina have received this notification.
The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) previously issued an order to the judicial police to arrest Dodik, Višković and Stevandić. In the arrest order, they are charged with the crime of "attacking the constitutional order".
Milorad Dodik previously announced that he would travel to Moscow on March 18, however, according to the information that appeared, that trip was cancelled.
Vučić for Dodik: "A brave man, a man"
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, said on Monday (March 17) that he had spoken with the President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
"He is a brave man. We will deal with it in the next few days. Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I will go to Birsel with Antonia Košt and Urusla von Der Leyen," said Vucic after visiting the victims of the fire in Serbia.
RS introduces its own border control?
On March 17, at the 18th special session in Banja Luka, the Government of the Republika Srpska tasked the Entity Ministry of Internal Affairs to draft a bill as soon as possible to regulate border control and the crossing of the state border of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the territory of the Republika Srpska, and that the police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska perform border control tasks.
The Cabinet of the President of Republika Srpska announced earlier on March 17, that at a meeting of the "top leadership" of that Bosnian entity, a conclusion was reached to form the Border Police of the RS.
It was also announced that a working group was formed, which held its first meeting on Monday regarding the drafting of the law, which will regulate the work of the Border Police on the territory of the RS.
It is an anti-constitutional activity, because the State Border Police already operates at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which can only be abolished by a decision of both houses of the BiH Parliament, Radio Free Europe writes.
This move followed the publication of warrants for the highest officials of the RS.
