The first basic public prosecutor's office in Belgrade announced that after the student protest that was organized On March 15, during 15 minutes of silence, he heard a loud and unusual sound that caused panic, running, pushing and falling of the gathered citizens in Kralja Milana Street, formed a case and ordered the RS MUP to determine what exactly happened on the critical occasion, i.e. whether a pyrotechnic device, weapon or other generally dangerous device was used that could endanger the life and body of the gathered citizens.
It was also ordered to determine whether any of the gathered citizens were injured and, if so, to obtain medical documentation on the type and severity of the injuries sustained.
"After the complete and accurate factual situation has been established, the prosecution will make a decision whether the actions of unknown persons for now have the characteristics of the criminal offense of Causing general danger from Article 278 of the Criminal Code or any other criminal offense for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio." With the same request, the police was ordered to determine whether the information is correct that certain persons with complaints, after this event, reported to the Association of Citizens Belgrade Center for Human Rights, and if so, to determine in what number and to obtain their data, as well as the data of other persons who have information regarding possible injuries present at the protest", they conclude.
