The President of the Republic, which has lost the characteristics of a republic Aleksandar Vučić he sounded a little more confused and disjointed than usual in his latest address to the nation. He doodled, as he usually does, from "colored revolutions", through the increase of the minimum wage to the dinner with the Spanish king and Macron and personal confessions, but somehow in leaps and bounds, sometimes one thing, sometimes another, then from the beginning, not in the way organized, according to the segments into which all his addresses are divided, essentially always the same.
Minister of Interior Affairs Ivica Dacic, who at some point was allowed to say a few words, and the police director Dragan Vasiljević, who did not open his mouth, sat to his left and right as decoration, completely insignificant in the shadow of the great national leader.
Section Pakovraće-Požega
"The most important thing," Vučić began his "tirade," "is that Serbia won." Because, he explained, you cannot defeat Serbia with violence and Serbia must not and will not stop.
And immediately after, after everything that happened on June 28, at Vidovdan protest, happened in Belgrade, he first started talking about the opening of the Pakovraća-Požega section and other huge kilometers of highways, then about new railways, and then it was the turn of the story about the blockaders-armchairs who destroyed the country because foreign investors bypass us because of them.
And where there are highways, there is also an increase in the minimum wage and that - how can the citizens be happy that they have him, Vučić, as president because that is why we are an economic tiger.
He called for Vučić and rain for agriculture, because only if it rains, he said, we will be at the top of the peaks of Europe again.
He respected and his powerful friends
Then it was the turn of Chinese friend Si whom he, Vučić, asked to provide everything necessary for the production of Fiat in Serbia at normal prices and thus save the factory in Kragujevac. He, Vučić, begged, he says, Sija because they begged him, Vučić, from Stelantis to do it because only he, Vučić, is able to beg for what they need.
At that place, the President of Serbia read from the letter addressed to him by the President of China, Xi Jinping, in Serbian, not in Chinese. He says that he is very grateful to his friend Xi and the Chinese people, and he is going to China again because they are inviting him.
Then he gave the floor to Dacic with a note that he should continue, and the minister should briefly say what he has.
Dacic's numbers
Dacic was really short. There were, he says, 36.000 participants at the Vidovdan protest.
Disturbance of public order and peace began around 21.45:XNUMX p.m. when "the students gave the green light for it." A group of people attacked the police then, so warnings followed first, and when the attacked police officers were injured, then the police were forced to repulse the attack and restore order and peace.
In doing so, Dacic claims, 48 policemen were injured, one of them seriously, and part of the police's protective equipment was destroyed or damaged.
At the "unannounced public gathering", the police detained 77 people, including one minor. 38 were detained, and criminal charges were filed against 35.
22 citizens came to the Emergency Center for medical help due to physical injuries.
He told them nicely.
Dacic barely got there, and Vucic was already showing visible signs of impatience and boredom.
"Good," he interrupted when the head of the SPS wanted to say something else, so he continued in a presidential manner:
"For seven months, the terror of people who took the law into their own hands, threw it under their feet and do whatever comes to their mind has been going on."
"You have a green light is a direct call for civil conflicts and an attack on the police," the president of the state interpreted the sentence spoken towards the end of the student protest.
Then there was a series of threats, because "the time of responsibility is coming", and he will not distribute pardons anymore, but he will make a "fair difference" between the students who hate him and those who participated in causing the shedding of Serbian blood for whom there will be no mercy.
And he nicely told them not to play with the state and he even nicely told them the time when they would cause violence - between 20.45:21.45 and XNUMX:XNUMX - and he missed it by half an hour only because they were so late with their rally.
They are stupid, said Vučić, but that's why the police were wonderfully composed and professional.

This was followed by a section about the 38.010 Vidovdan protesters and their spy training on how to make up numbers.
"We knew they were going to experience a debacle in the number of people," said the president, exhaustively convincing the audience that the blockaders' popularity had declined and that's why they were furious and wanted bloodshed.
But they set their sights on him, a top military and Polish strategist. We made a trap for them that they fell into, boasted Vučić, who, brave as he is, casually played chess on Andrić's venc during that time, and then stopped by the neighboring Ćaciland with raised foreheads.
Again he is respected among powerful foreigners
By the way, Vučić then told the amazed people that he was going to dinner with the King of Spain and Prime Minister Sanchez, and he was going to jump to Enamuel (Macron), just to finish his address and then go on his way.
And when he returns, and it will be soon, he will offer a hand of reconciliation to those who ask him for something, but there will be no negotiations with the terrorists.
Vučić was upset for the first time that one of his children had to leave Belgrade on March 15 because of threats because he was determined not to give in.
Then dead cold he told a story of pure corruption, which should have been a story of ingratitude. He says that he arranged a job for someone for a salary of 5000 euros, who later turned out to be ungrateful because he dared to go to student protests. Imagine that ingratitude. He never again called that someone, whom he didn't even know, on the phone.
Vučić said all that and headed for Seville.
