Diaspora signs the same document as the citizens on the street on December 28, with the difference that they should also state the country and city where they live. On this page, citizens of Serbia can fill i a form for the training of members of electoral committees in the diaspora. Those who fill it do not have to be future controllers in the elections, but it just includes them in the process. Applications for controllers last until January 15.
