A pleasant Sunday morning is interrupted by an unpleasant phone call from the editor at "Vremen" in charge of the most disgusting part of the journalist's job: monitoring Informer, Pink, Kurir, Happy, and listening Vučić's appearances.
Turn on the TV, growl and hang up.
I turn on the TV. On the first program, Vučić. On another program, Vučić. On the third program, Vučić. On the fourth and fifth as well. I turn N1, I see the program is running normally. I turn off the TV and call the editor.
There's nothing, I say. What did you call me for?
Well, that's why, he says.
You're ruining my holy week, I retort. After all, because nothing you're here, I say a little cheekily.
I'm not ruining your week, he says judiciously. After all (he continues), watch it from the beginning, you won't regret it and hangs up.
I turn on the TV, go back to the beginning, I see some sad figures arranged around, I recognize two or three (it looks like a Government session), but there you are, the Prime Minister accompanied by the president of all citizens. Thematic Government Session, is the title of the new episode.

Domestic series
It starts surreal clock and ipo. Well, the other episodes are not very different either, but it is still impressive how Vučić and his extras manage to deepen the bottom of civilization with each new episode and, by humiliating themselves, they also humiliate the country they govern. Of course, this episode is not intended for people who have preserved some sense. Vučić does not appeal to reason. As usual, the president of all citizens addresses the rest of his electorate, and sense, logic and reality are not quantities to be reckoned with.
In fact, this entire play, interspersed with outbursts of incomparable human creepiness (the term is Kant's) by the so-called ministers, was staged by the main actor for his own sake, to appease his own fears, nightmares and horrors before the near future. Admittedly, it is painful that we had to witness this, but it is also the choice of every citizen: those with hygienic habits certainly did not watch this.

This was a kind of group therapy, with only one character on stage, psychotherapist and patient in one person, while the group surrounds him so that he has someone to lean on and nod to him. The fact that it is one is perhaps the best indication of what a feat of creepiness it is Dusan Bajatovic shined as a person with microparticles of integrity in him. So, the spectacle. Every minute of watching this crap was worth it.
A Chetnik who hates Serbs

The methodology was the same as always: disjointed jumping from motive to motive, losing threads, lying, slandering, covering up reality with shameless nonsense, beating one's chest, highlighting one's own genius, but this time all of that was complemented by a simple address to the audience (in regular episodes he usually addresses non-aligned beings), a group of dreary characters who served as sacks for the random punching of a weakened thug.
In a sickening atmosphere, someone's phone rang in a tenutka. "Whose phone is ringing?" responded the annoyed class teacher. "So that it doesn't happen again," he continued. "You never heard my phone," he said. Of course we're not, it's about embodying perfection, and perfection doesn't make phones ring at times and places that aren't meant to ring. My phone, therefore, found something to say, you never heard. He, of course, knows that the cameras are on - he staged the play for the broadcast - but it is extremely questionable what he believes he is achieving with such an address. Determination? Strictness? Desirable simpleton? What his voters understand?
Vučić and subordinates: Psychoperformance and alignment
In fact, the president of all citizens informed us more clearly than ever before that Serbia, the country he has been governing mostly by himself for 13 years, has gone to hell under his rule. However, to make sure there is no confusion, his responsibility for the downfall of the country does not lie: others are to blame (because hell it is others), mainly this torturous, wobbly-headed group of unfortunates over whom life is lived, but not only them. There are also Serbian workers, for example. He made it clear to us. Unlike the Chinese ones that work day and night, ours will not work. Lazy and incompetent. Why won't they? Well, because they are Serbian. How? Because they are Serbian.
This kind of contempt for one's own people, such as that displayed by Vućić, is rarely seen. For an admirer of the Chetnik duke, he showed unexpected intolerance towards Serbs. Former Chetnik squire should be characterized by an insatiable love for their own kind - those who do not share that love can freely go to prison, forced labor or exile - but, well, that's how it is with these modern Chetniks. He hates Croats, he hates Albanians, he hates Muslims (but only these natives, those who have money, he doesn't hate them at all, on the contrary, he adores them), which is perfectly fine, but the novelty is that he also hates Serbian workers.

Perhaps this neurotic outburst says something about how well he's doing with a nonsensical project EXPO 2027, which even the unfortunate Sinish Mali he did not manage to soften it by choosing lovely details and arranging the numbers to sound sweet to the President's sensitive ear.
Concern for education
And Serbian students also filled Slovenian universities for big money, instead of studying in their own country. He, however, who is not guilty or responsible for anything - and it is not that he is wondering about everything - is very worried about this and urgently calls for the reform of the education system. We had the opportunity to see how he envisions this reform all the past years, with all the attempted murders of male and female students, the breaking of jaws, the hiring of armored police at the faculties (as teaching staff, I guess), but now when the franchises of top foreign universities come to us, everything will be better and it will be great, and probably the teaching will also be in the Serbian language.
It is likely that some of the reform provisions will refer to impunity for harming students. Let's say: running over cars, harassing and beating students is exempted from the Criminal Code as a punishable offense by law and is rewarded with a lucrative position in the state administration, especially in the police.
Since he is not satisfied with the work of the ministers, he will go to the parliament and there he will replace them, and the fact that such raids are not in his jurisdiction - it does not matter. At least three times in his ramblings, he clearly said that he is not interested in those regulations and those laws and those procedures, but, bro, you go to the parliament and there in one day you change the law as you see fit.
About fish and birds on the European road
One of the slimmer covers was the one about Serbia's European path. Thus, the president dispelled all inappropriate doubts: Serbia is on the European path.
But yes, it's our fault that everything doesn't go smoothly. (It's our fault, so not him.) And what doesn't go smoothly? So the regulation of ponds and birds. We have not harmonized all the regulations on fish and birds with the European Union, so now the Europeans are tensing up because of that, and all this, the president of all citizens informs us, can be done in two months. That with fish and birds. There is no doubt that someone here is crazy, or is pretending to be crazy, and since we know that the president is not crazy, nor is he pretending to be crazy, then we who listen to him are crazy.
The problem, therefore, is not the violence against the citizens of Serbia, under the direct direction of the president himself of all citizens, it is not a problem either in the attempt to dismantle the judicial system and subordinate it to his own will, the rights of the citizens are not at stake, but neither is air, water and land pollution a problem, nor is corruption a problem (because there is none, of course), nor the media situation is not a problem, nor stolen elections (all since he has been in power), but the problem is the fish and the birds.
But not everything is so black. The president also had some nice words. About myself, of course. Here he is a very honored guest in Davos, he is among the first to receive an invitation to Davos. And we probably cannot appreciate that.
Harassment of Bajatović
The blame for the disaster in the energy sector rests mostly with the unfortunate Bajatović. Well, it's not that Bajatović didn't deserve it, but he found it appropriate (Bajatović, did he) to at least speak out and remind, implicitly, that Vučić was also knowledgeable about all the problems for which he is now being blamed. It goes without saying that the big neurotic was shouting, interrupting, talking about water while addressing Bajatović (it's a bit like mixing up Greenland and Iceland, like Trump the other day, after all, he himself admitted that he remembers stupid things and forgets important things, the man opened his soul), and then, when no one was able to catch the lines of his ramblings, he triumphantly read something from a paper and asserted that, well, Bajatović tried to deceive him, but he, Vučić, is unassailable, the blameless president of all citizens and buried Bajatović cleanly, nothing personal.
In the meantime, with a trembling voice, a certain Danijel Apostolović, probably the ambassador in Brussels, addressed the esteemed gathering, readily agreed with the president (whatever the latter said) and admitted that the government would probably replace him if he made a realistic overview of the state of our negotiations with the European Union. Therefore, it can be assumed that he makes a respectable effort not to make a realistic cut so that the Government does not dismiss him from office, but makes an unrealistic cut in order to remain in office. Such an approach, it must be said, turned out to be correct because the president appointed him to the head of the commission for fish and birds.
The ultimate creepiness of the Potter
And we could do this sentence by sentence, until midnight and longer. We will stop at the most magnificent example of creepiness in which, all happy to crawl, he participated - and who else - Dr. Zlatibor potter. Of course he, Dr. Lončar Zlatibor, is not important, he is an ordinary man, replaceable, unambitious and modest, and he has done a lot, but no, he is not important, President Vučić is important, because without the president none of this would have happened (he is absolutely right, editor's note), because the Yellows destroyed everything, they did not build a single health center, not a single hospital, not a single clinic, nothing by the grace of God, and this is what Vučić gave us, we don't even know how many hospitals he built (it's a pity that there are no doctors for those hospitals).
If there is no Vučić, we will be left without a health system and the meaning of life, and that is why he is begging Vučić, he, Lončar Dr. Zlatibor, who is not important, to persevere in his fight. So, he, who is so active that he could not be more active, participated in the destruction of the health system (he is doing well, there are no bandages for the sick), is now begging his beloved leader not to deviate, to stay on his path, as long as even one doctor is still doing his job and treating people. When that doctor is also removed from his position, or exiled abroad, then their mission will finally be completed.
