The organizations SviĆe and Stav called for a protest rally in Novi Sad on Sunday. portal 021 reports.
"Last week, we proved that the regime is yielding to the pressure of citizens, activists and the opposition. We will not take their word for it, but we will closely monitor the started processes and remind them again and again on the street that we want: activists free, murderers in prison," they said on social networks.
The protest starts at the beginning of the Boulevard of Liberation near the Railway Station. It is planned to paint the boulevard red, "so that the whole of Novi Sad can see the bloody traces that start at the railway station and end in the city and state institutions".
Citizens are advised to bring paint and gloves.
They will continue with civil disobedience actions until all activists are released from detention.
Student Relja Stanojević, president of the Citizens' Group "Heroji", councilor Miša Bačulov and former president of the Municipality of Inđija and former vice president of the Government of Vojvodina Goran Ješić were released on Friday evening for participating in the protest in Novi Sad on November 5.
Activist Ivan Bjelic is still in prison in Klisa, as are four other young men and a minor.
Last week, activists blocked the intersection near the Railway Station in Novi Sad.
