Several hundred activists, citizens and opposition politicians who started from Brankovo to the Old Sava bridge were met by a police cordon. They say they will stay on the bridge as long as necessary, and the police are not afraid of them.
In the meantime, a large number of policemen surrounded the camp on the Sava bridge, which has been protested for 20 days.
Đorđe Miketić, representative of the initiative "The Bridge Remains", addressed the audience and announced that the blockade of the Sava Bridge will continue.
"Are you defending the law or criminals?" They are criminals and we are here in defense of the law, rights and justice in this country," Miketić told the police.

The "Most Remains" initiative invited all activists to gather in front of the RTS building on Friday at 11:52 a.m. in order to try to prevent the broadcast of the program as a sign of drawing attention to the tragedy in Novi Sad.
Nikola Zekić, an activist of the informal group "Borba", believes that the excessive use of force by the police is an act of force demonstration and intimidation of activists.

Activists blocked the Old Sava bridge on both sides today. Woodrow Wilson Boulevard in Belgrade on the water was also blocked.
