On Monday, July 06 this year, a lawyer Nemanja Vidic turned to JTOK (Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime) with a request to schedule an appointment for admission criminal charges orally on the record, on the occasion of the publication of the Crime and Corruption Investigation Network KRIK from 30.06. this year, in which, among other things, it is stated that "Kokeza na Skja hired criminals to attack Nemanja Vidić: If he does not give up the alliance, he will go to the cemetery", reports Nova.rs.
The application was submitted by e-mail.
Since Vidić's lawyers did not receive any response in the next two or three days, they submitted an application with identical content directly to the JTOK reception desk.
The next day, as there was no response to the sent requests, nor was anyone contacting them, they submitted the criminal complaint to JTOK for further action. Nemanja Vidić's legal team is expecting a reaction from the competent prosecution.
Let us remind you that Slaviša Kokeza, the former president of the Football Association of Serbia (FSS) and a prominent member of the SNS, hired criminals to threaten and physically attack the famous football player Nemanja Vidić, according to messages that in 2020 exchanged on the "Sky" application, which was obtained by KRIK.
Kokeza, then the first man of the Football Association of Serbia and one of the most powerful people in SNS, according to KRIK, was angry because he believed that Andrej Vučić, the brother of the President of Serbia, was behind the letter sent to the media by the famous soccer player Nemanja Vidić in 2020.
After KRIK's discovery, lawyer Ivan Ninić told N1 that he filed two criminal charges against the former president of the Football Association of Serbia (FSS) Slavisa Kokeza.
