"Come and enjoy the Christmas village - free specialties for all citizens."
This is how Informer advertises new Caciland. Over the weekend, they wrote that the tents in front of the Assembly were removed at "the request of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić." Ćaciland actually went down in history because Vučić did not know how to justify himself to foreign tourists - why is there a mockery in the city center in front of the highest state institution, the Serbian Parliament. He didn't even know how to stop the charade paraded by criminals and local politicians on a mission they were waving cameras at journalists i instilled fear among the police as well. So he decided to drown his own sadness at the failure of the Ćaciland idea with the New Year's deacons.
A lot of food and drinks are prepared - boiled wine, tea, coffee, but also sweets and pastries. And it's all without salt. The informer talked to the "hosts" from the "Topčiderac" restaurant, and it was announced that other restaurants and households would bring food and offer it for free. They say "there will be drinks, projica, Dalmatian bruschetta and various pastries, as well as some surprises" for those who really like to eat, and what attracts them the most is to get fat when there is no payment.
With burgers against blockades
It is not clear who is financing all this free food, whether it is the restaurants and "hosts" who support the government, or whether the city is paying for it as part of the New Year's celebration.
It was similar when Đaciland hosted the country's president in April 2025. That's when the "terror" of rebellious students and citizens, the president of Serbia contrasted a large fair with burgers and kebabs, cheese and cream, drinks and cookies. All for nothing, the then president provided for us. Countless Serbian tricolors fluttered in the smoke of the barbecue, folk music blared from the loudspeakers, folk singers sang, we will not give Kosovo, we will not give Vojvodina, and everything was bursting with fair patriotism.
