The plane had previously landed in Baku, Azerbaijan, and could not continue its journey to Moscow, as it did not have permission to continue the flight due to hostilities between Russia and Ukraine, Tanjug announced.
The president, the media reported, on Wednesday (May 7) set off for Moscow.
Let us remind you, Latvia and Lithuania previously banned the flight of the Serbian president to Moscow.
As Tanjug now reports, all countries had previously given permission for the flight, but now due to combat operations, approval was awaited for the continuation of the flight.
