Director of the Clinic for Cardiac Surgery in Niš, dr Dragan Milić, who is also the president of the Movement for the Decentralization of Serbia (PODES), announced on social networks that he has official documentation which, he claims, confirms that he is a retired general Milosav Simovic prosecuted and sentenced to prison.
Milić states that about twenty days ago he informed the public that the former commander of the Army, retired General Milosav Simović, was prosecuted and convicted, after which, according to him, certain officials of the Serbian Progressive Party, including Milenko Jovanov and Boris Đinđić, reacted, accusing him of telling lies. As he claims, Đinđić also stated that at the time of the announcement, the general was in the company of senior leaders of the SNS.
"What the VIP progressives never learn is that we never lie and that we always have another unpublished document that confirms that we are telling the truth," said Milić.
He then published the response of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Negotin to his inquiry about the case of General Simović, claiming that the document confirms his allegations:
1) A case was established against General Simović based on the criminal complaint of the Serbian Army.
2) During the investigation, the suspect put forward a proposal for negotiation on the conclusion of the Agreement on the recognition of one extended criminal offense from the Data Secrecy Act. The agreement was concluded between the parties and the defense counsel. The High Court in Niš accepted the Agreement on recognition of the criminal offense in its entirety and issued a verdict declaring the accused guilty. He was sentenced to six months in prison.
3) The prison sentence will be carried out in such a way that the accused may not leave the premises where he lives except in cases prescribed by law, without electronic monitoring, and if the accused voluntarily leaves the premises where he lives for more than 6 hours or twice for a period of up to 6 hours, the court will order that he serve the rest of the prison sentence in the Institution for the Execution of Prison Sentences.
A question for ordinary citizens who voted for these VIP progressives to rule, lie and destroy the Motherland: Do you still believe them? Do you believe that General Simović is a traitor who does not know how to keep data confidential, and that VIP progressives are heroes who protect the Motherland?
