Representative of the initiative "The bridge remainsĐorđe Miketić appealed to the people of Belgrade to urgently come to the Old Fairground and to jointly defend Old Sava bridge from the workers who came to demolish it.
"Good morning." Everyone come to the bridge, the location of the Old Fairground. We are here with broken cars, we are preventing workers from entering," Miketić said, among other things, in a post shared on the X social network.
In another post, he stated that the activists are asking the Chinese company that is carrying out work on the Old Sava Bridge for permits to demolish the bridge.
"As you know, there is no permit. "Since today is the Chinese New Year, we are asking the Chinese for permits, which our government also asks for," said Miketić.
