Cyclists, who ride through the streets of Novi Sad as part of civil disobedience, began to gather at the intersection near Futoška Street on Oslobodenja Boulevard at 19.45:20 p.m. They headed to Branimir Ćosić Street, where the Citizens' Assemblies scheduled an action called "The Lost and the Thief" from XNUMX p.m.
This street was chosen because it is where the former prime minister and mayor of Novi Sad, the current president of the Serbian Progressive Party Miloš Vučević lives, who, among other things, called the students and citizens, who have been protesting for more than 8 months, "lost".
In a call to protest on Tuesday, July 15 in Novi Sad, the citizens' choirs reminded that the trial against four supporters of the Serbian Progressive Party, who on January 28 attacked students and broke the jaw of a female student of the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, was suspended today. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić pardoned them.
The choirs of Novi Sad also remind that the High Court in Novi Sad has still not made a decision on the request for release from house arrest of six activists, even though the appeals were submitted as of July 7, reports N1.
