New Prime Minister of Serbia Đuro Macut with his wife two weeks ago he bought a villa worth more than one million euros on Stars from Tomislav Bogetić, former director of the public company Beograd put, reveals KRIK.
On April 14, Mazut signed a contract to buy a 193-square-meter villa located in the wider center of the capital, in the municipality of Zvezdara, cadastre data show. Although it is not known exactly how much Macut paid for it, the real estate appraisal agency hired by KRIK calculated that the market value of the villa is more than a million euros.
"A family residential building with an overall area of 193 m2, construction area of 508 m2 was built in Belgrade, Zvezdara municipality. The market value of the building and plot ranges from one million to 1,2 million euros," the KRIK agency announced.
This villa was bought by Macut and his wife from Tomislav Bogetić, the former director of JKP Beograd put and former official of the Democratic Party of Serbia.
The contract was signed the day before Macut was voted prime minister in the Serbian parliament.
