Vuk Š, a waiter arrested a few days after the murder, is charged with not reporting the crime and the perpetrator, as well as helping the perpetrator after the crime has been committed.
As we learn, he was in custody because of the danger of influencing witnesses, and as the investigation has so far examined all the witnesses he could influence, Vuk Š. was released.
Due to various criminal acts, and in connection with the murder of Nešović, whose body was found in a barrel near the Jarkovački lake, and DNA analysis confirmed that it was him, the former head of the Belgrade police, Veselin Milić, and 10 other people were arrested.
Except for Vuk Š, all the suspects are still in custody, which has been ordered for up to 30 days.
