Forged signatures were found on the lists "To return the army to Kosovo - Miša Vacić" and Boris Tadić's list "Enough is enough". As in the case of forged signatures found on the lists of Radet Basta and the Russian list, criminal charges will be filed against those responsible.
Two more electoral lists "Let the army return to Kosovo - Miša Vacić" and the list "Enough is Enough" by Boris Tadić were caught in the forgery of signatures.
Deputy member of GIK Vladica Ilić told N1 that, as in the case of the found forged signatures on Radet Basta's lists and the Russian list, he will file criminal charges against those responsible, due to the falsification of official documents and unauthorized collection of personal data, today or tomorrow.
Namely, according to his words, they determined that the list of Miša Vacić contained a forged signature of a police officer, who did not sign the list, nor does she know who Vacić is.
Regarding the list of the Russian Party-Slobodan Nikolić, on which, according to the member of the extended composition of GIK Sofija Mandić, she noticed many irregularities, Ilić says that, after Mandić filed a criminal complaint, he and the candidate for mayor of the Serbia Against Violence list, that case is now before the High Court. He repeats that despite pointing out the irregularities at the GIK session, this list was still announced.
Minority Bunjevac list Enough! The European route, led by Rade Basta, he was ordered to edit the documentation.
He explains that the only way to find forged signatures is to look for people they know and then ask them if they have supported a list.
He adds that every citizen can submit a request to the REC or GIK, and to any other local election commission based on the Personal Data Protection Act, and in that request request information on whether he is on the list of voters who support any electoral list.
