Minister of Interior Affairs Ivica Dacic said that Denis Krasnići (26) is from Switzerland, whose parents are from Kosovo and Metohija, sent threatening messages by e-mail to Belgrade Airport, the embassies and consulates of Serbia in Austria and Germany, and the Belgrade Center for Security Policy.
Dacic stated that Krasnići is currently in Kosovo and Metohija, and that an order has been issued for him to immediately report to the police upon his return to Switzerland.
Previously, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Marko Đurić, stated that Serbian embassies "in two major European capitals have received threats in the previous 24 hours that they will be the target of terrorist attacks", reports RTS.
Đurić said that according to preliminary information, those threats come from "extreme separatist circles of the part of our diaspora from Kosovo and Metohija, that is, from persons of Albanian nationality."
"In cooperation with other European security authorities, we are working to prevent and remove these threats, but I mention this because someone from Pristina has been systematically working for years to create a climate in which an attack on everything Serbian is acceptable," he said. Đurić.
